They all did everything possible to make him feel welcomed, explained everything in detail and mad the transition for him smooth and relaxing. He got just the right apartment he needed. We looked very carefully at this facility and found it to be very quiet and clean surroundings. Awesome customer service, guess I cannot agree with other reviews I read. Thank all of you for helping Bruce make this transition smooth, easy and friendly. Please know you all are very much appreciated.

Dogs. Dog poop everywhere. Dogs are allowed to live on second and third floors- they bark and carry on incessantly ALL HOURS of the day AND night!! In my opinion, families with dogs should only be on the first floor due to the extreme noise overhead. I did talk to the office about this but their answer was to move me into another apartment. Seriously? I'm going to pack up my entire apartment because you can't get control of the dog situation here?? The walls are paper thin so you can hear all of the neighbors business. Not a restful place to live in any way, shape or form. The incessant noise is insane. As I type this, 3 dogs have been barking for the last hour and the office never ever does anything.

Parkside Lofts was indeed the worst living and move-out experience I have ever had. Between the…read moremultiple changes in management, the lack of responsiveness, the lack of urgency for a tenet's needs, and the unfriendly community demeanor while in the building, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMMUNITY TO ANYONE -- especially not anyone of color. As one of few black men living in the building, I constantly received unpleasant looks from staff and other tenants. Additionally, I received phone calls from staff on behalf of other tenants, assuming another tenant's viewpoint was more valid than mine (profiling). Lastly, after moving out I was charged roughly $700 for "damages & repairs." I posted a video [in my Google Review: https://www.google.com/search?q=google+review+parkside+lofts+vancouver&oq=google+review+parkside+lofts+vancouver&aqs=chrome..69i57j0i512j0i22i30l3j69i60l3.6662j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8#lrd=0x5495bb3305b21d83:0xd8b534df48aed3e9,1] of what my unit looked like the day I handed in my keys. While the unit was not in perfect condition, it most definitely did not require $700 worth of work. All in all, if you're looking for an apartment there are other options in the area. I would recommend looking into one of the others, as Parkside's turnover rate is already pretty high.

It boasts a big beautiful green space with walking and biking paths beside beautiful planting's and ponds. The friendly staff in the office and onsite are top-notch. And the maintenance team is one of the best I have encountered. There are good security systems in place, too. Throughout the year Parkside Loft Management plans and hosts special social events for the residents. Yes, there is definitely a genuine community feeling here. I can't imagine living anyplace else.

Do not rent from any properties managed by the three letters IDM Companies! Explore your options…read morewith other property management companies that have a stronger reputation for concerns and care for tenants, IDM interactions has been an experience where reputation and integrity has been unsatisfactory! From an owner's perspective, it's essential to see that your investment is being treated properly. For tenants, it can be upsetting to live in a poorly managed property like that of IDM, they dont return phone calls timely, the contact form on the site is pointless. I dont even want to give IDM 1 star! There service and responsiveness is non-par. Look elsewhere and dont let the props and photos fool you. Walls are thin, there is no enjoyment of the space you occupy, spider webs repeatedly occur, smells thru the vents are a repeated problem here, walls are thin, no privacy, dont waste your time calling the office. The responsiveness is poorly managed by IDM. Dont call for maintenance either. Thats a waste of time. Seems like the office cherry picks which calls they choose to return, others calls your lucky if you get a callback. Keep looking. They lack responsiveness to address concerns in a timely manner and cover for one another rather by backing each other up rather than address the concerns of the tenants in the building they manage. Make wiser choices in your next home you choose to select to live. This is not the place.
