Trio Pointe is an excellent place to live. Our manager, James, is the best apartment manager I've ever had. He is that good. I have a 2-2, and the kitchen is huge. I have both a stand-alone shower AND a tub-shower combination. The pool is kept immaculate. We have get-togethers, and all doggies at Trio Pointe are happy. I helped a friend of mine get moved into the Trio Pointe apartments and the service we got from James; Noel & the office staff was tremendous. They all did everything possible to make him feel welcomed, explained everything in detail and mad the transition for him smooth and relaxing. He got just the right apartment he needed. We looked very carefully at this facility and found it to be very quiet and clean surroundings. Awesome customer service, guess I cannot agree with other reviews I read. Great place to live! Managers are proffesional and quick to help. Very well kept grounds and near multiple shopping spots. Good, high quality countertops, flooring and cabinets. Had an issue with a missing ring on a fosset while moving in and they got it fixed in a day no fuss. Highly recommended. read more

Trio Pointe has a bad name for a good reason. Before renting an apartment here, I had multiple concerns due to the low rating. I was told there were remedies for the issues but that is not the case. *Parking* Parking is non-existent after 5PM. The situation is that renters are provided a single parking spot with their lease. If you have a second car, you must park it in the 'free spots' while visitors must park in designated 'visitor spots'. I like this setup but I've yet to see it work. The biggest challenges are... 1. There are 150+ apartments with approx 25 'free spots' and approx 10 'visitor spots'. It doesn't take a mathematician to know this is too limiting. The issue is compounded as 50% of the cars do not move. 2. Visitors park in 'free spots', renters are in 'free spots', visitors and renters park in handicap spots, and some even park in fire lanes! 3. There's multiple parking games occurring. Some allow their visitor to park in their assigned spot while the renter parks in the 'free spots', others keep a car permanently parked in a 'free spot' and when needed swap in their second car (this allows the assigned spot to be available while permanently using a 'free spot'), while more wait for the staff to leave before parking wherever one desires. I've seen some with parking warnings from Trio Pointe but 90%+ escape this fate. There doesn't seem to be a desire from management to address this issue. It's becoming worse and worse. *Dogs* I have never been in an apartment that allows known aggressive dog breeds in the complex. Imagine my surprise when I see a gentleman allowing his two off-leash German Shepard run around the children's area. To be frank, this scares me and I know it scares others. Landlords that allow aggressive breeds and do not exhibit due care are liable for damages in WA state. If (God Forbid!) you're a victim of this excessive negligence, immediate contact a personal injury lawyer to discuss legal options. *Construction* The construction is quite poor and the appliances are bottom of the barrel. The walls are thin enough to hear a television next door while the flooring is thin enough to hear a person move. I can even hear the restaurant customer's chatter next door. I worry the neighbors can hear me think. *Cars* The cars here move fast. I live near the back where there's a long strip that people go 30+ MPH down. I told one lady to slow down once and had a beer car tossed at me. That was fun. That's more of less how it's going. Glad I'm here for a single year. read more

I hate to add another 1-star review to the pile but this place has bad reviews for a reason. The manager is totally checked out. Visitors park in renter spots, non-handicap renters park in handicap spots, nobody answers the phones, renter events like food trucks were canceled, and our upstairs neighbors smoke on their balcony making it so I can't have the windows open without the smell of cigarette's fill the apartment. I've been living here about a year and never had a problem until the last 3 or 4 months. The new staff just don't seem to care at all. I've never lived in an apartment where everyone is so totally checked out. The reviews don't lie. read more

This place is a joke! If you like the smell of dog crap in the summer because pet owners don't clean up after their dogs, I guess you'll love it here. Management doesn't care! If you like to never sleep due to howling dogs all day and night, this is the place for you. If you don't care for these things, I recommend you stay far, far away! New management seemed to care at first, but it's back to it's old ways! Worse place ever to live. I'll be moving at the end of my lease, just like the other tenants that keep leaving! read more

We just had one of the worst high wind and snow storms in a very long time. In the afternoon, I looked over by my front door. I could see that there was a little snow and dirt coming under the door. I quickly grabbed some towels and put down in front of the door to stop it. I sent in a service request for some new weather stripping but said it was not of high importance and could wait until the storm passed. I really didn't want anyone coming out in the weather for this. The next day, the weather stripping had been installed. It was still so cold and I couldn't believe someone came out for this repair. Trio Point maintenance workers are truly amazing and go above and beyond to make sure all repairs are completed in a timely manner. I couldn't thank them enough for all they do. read more

Maintenance is fast and top notch here. I would give them a 10 if I could. We also have good managers, James and Tara. I've noticed that the pool and spa are consistently kept up nicely, and whomever does the landscape does a beautiful job. I have lived here 18 months and have never seen the gates broken or unlocked. This is a dog community, but I have never seen a dog off leash. read more

Where do I start, this place is horrible you have an issue they are quick to blame you they won't help you when the upstairs neighbors are pounding running music harassing you they won't help you instead they will put your business on your door numerous complaints, they are horrible the office staff is horrible DONT RENT HERE.. YOU CAN HEAR YOUR NEIGHBORS AND THEY WONT DO NOTHING ABOUT IT.. Gates are ALWAYS BROKEN. We chose to live at Trio Pointe for because it was close to the schools my kids were attending. To start off this "gated" community has gates that don't work, EVER! The office staff is so rude and makes you feel like your bothering them when you reach out with questions or issues in your unit. The "upscale luxury" units are accommodated with the cheapest low grade appliances/fixtures and carpet of which you'll get charged for cleaning/replacing at the highest cost possible. The residents are encouraged to snoop and report neighbors simply minding their business, like the time my dog was urinating at the dog park and someone called the office to inform them my dog took a poop and wasn't cleaned up (mind you my female dog squats to pee). Then there is the maintenance guys who walk around mad and act like they are told not to be courteous to the tenants, they walk in your unit demanding to leave or put on a mask while they are in YOUR unit, meanwhile pulling off their masks while working. We moved out May 7, it's now June 24th and just receiving an email with explanation of why we wouldn't get our deposit back, first and foremost we moved into a dirty unit that never had carpet cleaned until after we were there almost a week and had to bring it up to the office staff, we were also told the walls and trim get painted after every move out which is a LIE, we were cleaning what looked like soda off walls near the fireplace and ceiling but of course didn't complain because we understand everyone's cleaning standards are different and didn't want to sound thinking pitty. We hired a cleaning crew to conduct a detailed move out clean to avoid any issues after we left, and yet we are still getting charged close to $1000.00 after the fact. AVOID Trio Pointe at all cost, we know a few other tenants that lived at the same apartments during the same time that have also experienced the same fraud. This place will take your money and some despite any and all efforts of leaving the unit better than what you moved in to. I suppose there is a good reason why every single office employee has left the company, this place is a JOKE! read more

I was visiting my daughter and son-in-law and saw a big fat man staring into the windows. The blinds were shut but near the bottom of the windows there were small gaps between the slits of the blinds that he was looking through. I left the apartment and followed him. He was walking an extremely small dog that looked like a dark brown chihuahua. He would let the dog do its business in the dirt under windows which gave him an excuse to look inside the windows. He was carrying a cell phone and it looked like he was taking pictures of what was happening inside the apartments that he was looking at through their windows. I followed him and saw him going into an apartment that was on the second floor of the J building that is closest to the back gate. I took photos of him and filed a police report. read more

If I could leave this place a -0 I would. Ugh where to start on this place. From the moment we moved into the place, the place had broken cabinet doors, both maintenance and office said they would fix it, then i got a complaint saying my infant was too loud and then they gave me a parking spot and every time they rented out another apartment I would get notes saying your in my parking spot when I have a signed copy saying it was mine. Then they moved neighbors above me and let me tell you it was pure hell, from 7 am to 4 am night and day everyday the lady upstairs was pounding, stomping, moving furniture, banging on walls, having her kids stomp, I asked her to please keep the noise down and the very next day she went to the office claiming I harassed her and I ended up getting a 3 day notice to vacate the premises along with many other notices after that, it got so bad to where the neighbor above me and her teenage daughter would stalk, harass, corner me, chase me outside of my unit went to tell the office and instead they blamed me and took her side come to find out they are cousins so she took every precaution to protect her when I was the one that needed protection. It may look nice but office staff is HORRIBLE especially Alex she rolls her eyes, talks about you to her co workers and everyone else will tell the neighbors your business, walls are super paper thin. If there is a MINUS 100 rating!!!!!!!! i would give that without second thought to this apartment. Very costly & not worth of it...I wish i had known good apartments before signing up lease here who give better care than these guys. Please be very very careful in reviewing the agreement before signing...car parking is not good when you have relatives coming or visitors...one cannot do a celebration because you wont have enough car parking for temporary visit or a 1 day stay, if someone walks on the floor or climb stairs, everyone can hear it vibrating...As a tenant you cannot fine them for their defects...but for every small defect you do as a tenant ...they can fine you...so please be very careful as these guys would charge HELLLL a LOTTTT of MONEYYYYY out of you!!!!!!!!!! read more
