I enjoyed the full hour body massage treatment and the complimentary sauna. It was a very relaxing and rejuvenating stay. My therapist hits every spot of my body that needs tender love and care. I felt like staying for the possible longest time. Robe and slippers are provided. I heard of its added services like body scrubs, facials, showers and many others pampering and body wellness activities. Probably need to try on next visit. The lobby is so serene with an absolute relaxing decor...flowers and butterflies. Worth staying here while waiting for our turn. Parking is available in the back for no fee. Location is so close to shopping stores and restaurants . I am seeing myself returning.

She had the anti-aging facial and I had the 1hr deep tissue massage. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. They had us change into our robes and guided us to our rooms. My mom said the facial felt amazing and rejuvenating. Not only was her face treated, but they extended the facial to her neck and chest. They also included a head massage, arm stretches, and an upper lip wax. For my deep tissue massage, my masseuse (I wish I knew her name) was very attentive. Before she began, she asked if I wanted medium pressure or hard pressure. Given it was my first massage I selected medium to start. I have a lot of tension held in my back, due to working on my feet in healthcare, and she really helped relieve years of tension I've gotten used to living with. I never knew my back could be this relaxed! Lol During the whole experience she made sure to check-in and confirm how I was and if anything was painful. Which I appreciated. Her massage was very thorough and the stretches were so satisfying. After our services we ended our appointments with a few minutes in the sauna which was the cherry on top. I understand now why this place was so recommended and both of us intend on being customers for a long time

No photos since this establishment requires patrons to be naked in the wet areas…read more It's one of the more competitively priced Korean spas in the NYC area at $40 for the entrance fee with no time limit. Bonus points for the free underground parking which is especially valuable in the Flushing area. You pay at the front, leave your ID, then take off your shoes before heading downstairs to the wet area. There's shoe cubbies on the first level, but I prefer to take my shoes downstairs to your assigned locker so I don't have to worry about them potentially going missing. For proper etiquette just make sure to hold off on putting them on until you get to the first level when you're leaving. The co-ed clothed area (uniforms provided at check-in) is on the second level. There's additional saunas (clay, salt, etc.), ice room, sleep room, lots of recliners and even a restaurant up there. The wet area is pretty typical for a Korean spa. Gender segregated and nude only. There's a cold plunge, hot pool and warm pool. A row of seats for relaxing. A row of standing showers and two rows of sitting showers. Body scrub area. Sauna and steam room. Im from California but visit New York Spa & Sauna every time I come, which is about twice a year. However, this time I found the experience to be slightly different. Mainly that there's now a spa attendant in the men's wet area who sits right outside of the steam room. He frequently checks the steam and sauna plus strictly enforces the eight person capacity in the steam room. I can assume the purpose is to curb potential misconduct. IYKYK. On my prior visits, especially during the winter, there's times where upwards of a dozen or more people would be packed into the steam room at a time, quite the sausage fest. So I guess it's a plus for you now if you prefer having a little more space in there. The attendant was friendly enough and seems to strike a good enough balance of doing his job and not being too intrusive. I just found it slightly less relaxing since he's constantly counting up and down as people enter and leave the steam room. "Three, two, one, full, one, full, one, two, one, full, one two, three, two, one full, one, full again, please wait" is all you'll constantly hear now in the wet area. Eventually I did tone it out and even knocked out on one of the chairs for a bit, so I still found it overall a relaxing experience, just slightly less so than before. The spa opens until 11pm but the steam closes as 8:30pm and sauna at 9:00pm. If you stay past that, you're welcome to use the other amenities until they announce the check-out time which is a bit before 11pm. Overall, I stayed for nearly five hours and still had a fun and relaxing time. The place was clean and well maintained which is a huge plus for me.

She showed me what how my brows could look like with their 2d or 3d microblading. I left with a microblading package to try and save my brows that have gone downhill since my college days. I picked the 3D package and did two sessions. I'm very happy with my brows because one side was fuller than the other and now they look even. After my last microblading session I also purchased a hydrofacial package. It comes with massage and facial as well. I like this skincare spa, it's very relaxing and I'm just going to stick with this place. Need to get rid of my scars. You can also come back for the free eyebrow trim and shape as well. Hospitality Staff is friendly and attentive. I have not had work done by all the staff LMTs, but I can recommend Momoko, Mui, Robin, Joey and Megan. Tranquility room is only one in Queens and Nassau and Grammercy Park (Bayside, Forest Hills/Glendale, Lake Success) that always has bowl of candy treats or granola bars. This location is the first Massage Envy in Queens and is very popular. If you have a favorite therapist, it can be difficult to schedule a monthly appt. with him or her, or even more difficult to see them twice a month. You need to be flexible; weekends are often booked in advance. I have found this to be the case at three out of four Massage Envy locations I've used. One difference between seeing an LMT in private practice and a Massage Envy LMT is the private practitioner has more leeway with a full 60 minutes and time spent with client on intake, basic chit chat and feedback after session. I can appreciate, however, knowing I should receive a good professional massage at any Massage Envy I book at. Licensed Massage Therapists will tell you there is variation in style and approach by each therapist - communication about goal or outcome of massage with front desk staff and with your assigned LMT is crucial. Another thing I appreciate about Massage Envy chain is the blanket and sheets and heated tables that move up and down are spa quality. No robes, no slippers. Yes to lemon water in the Tranquility Room (aka dark lounge where you wait for therapy VS natural lighting lounge by reception). One needs to decide if you like the monthly price of membership and will actually make time for a minimum of 12 massages or facials over a year to make membership worth it. If you know you normally get two massages a month, a membership is not going to break the bank. The unused massages roll over but not good to let them pile up as you get charged monthly. Massage Envy NY chain locations are open 7 days a week and have evening hours. Twice this past year when I needed a massage in same week, I got lucky and was able to take an appt. from someone who canceled. Gratuities can be paid in cash or by credit card.

There is a small parking lot in the back which is shared with other businesses so you may or may not get a spot in the back. Upon walking in it's not giving spa more like office space and the waiting room is blah. I had to wait to be brought to my room after doing paperwork and the room is so not appealing. It looks like a room that can be emptied within 5 min. The table looks cheap and the equipment is also. They were able to adjust the music as it was so loud and not at all soothing. My massage was not great I mentioned my areas of focus and left with no relief. I'm in service so I tipped well but no thanks.
