The workers are shy but very kind and patient. Their boba comes in a tall slim cup. They have many flavors to choose from, different boba options, and you can choose the intensity of sweetness added (if any). They have a restaurant attached to them and even have a bar where they build their sushi rolls where they make the boba. I would recommend ordering inside as opposed to the drive thru because the boba shop is attached to the restaurant, a worker from the restaurant greets you but then has to switch you to the worker at the boba shop. It's made ordering at the drive thru a little confusing on both ends. Also, our last visit to their drive thru, the man told us to order when we are ready which we said we were right away. The great thing about their ordering system is that I can choose how much sugar I want, which type of milk, which type of boba, etc. it's very customizable. Flavor was lacking and barely any flavoring. It's mostly ice so definitely not worth the price tag. All around I'd go again but it felt really expensive for more of snack, definitely didn't fill us up.

We have been to Ding Tea at least 15 times in the last year. The flavors are always fantastic, and…read moredeserve 5/5 stars. That is the only reason we come back. The service is terrible. Even just for one drink expect to wait 10-15 minutes for your order. The cashiers are not friendly (with the exception of one blonde gal but her name escapes me, she was actually fantastic). I've never once seen more than employee there at a time, so it takes ages to make your order. Don't expect to be greeted warmly at the door, or for them to be enthusiastic even a little about their job. There's no fire under them. What should be a 5-6 minute errand will undoubtedly take 20-30 minutes. They HAVE to have at least 2 people working at a time if they have a hope of staying in business. And I genuinely hope they do!
