We have been to Ding Tea at least 15 times in the last year. The flavors are always fantastic, and deserve 5/5 stars. That is the only reason we come back. The service is terrible. Even just for one drink expect to wait 10-15 minutes for your order. The cashiers are not friendly (with the exception of one blonde gal but her name escapes me, she was actually fantastic). I've never once seen more than employee there at a time, so it takes ages to make your order. Don't expect to be greeted warmly at the door, or for them to be enthusiastic even a little about their job. There's no fire under them. What should be a 5-6 minute errand will undoubtedly take 20-30 minutes. They HAVE to have at least 2 people working at a time if they have a hope of staying in business. And I genuinely hope they do! read more

The boba here is sub par comparatively speaking to other boba places. Boba isn't included, it's an extra cost. The brown sugar boba tea tasted like blended cow fed with a strong grassy after taste. Won't be going back unfortunately. read more

Second review! I tried the LIBRA! LIBRA: matcha latte with crème brûlée cheese cream. Strong matcha flavor, latte so it's creamy and delicious. The crème brûlée is brûlée-ing itself in this. Such a masterpiece! Of course I matched it with my taro bubble tea! Always hits! Staff was nice and my drinks came out fast. I love this place for my boba needs and fix. I am a regular customer here and the boba never disappoints, the brown sugar milk tea is my absolute favorite and the slushies are perfect for summer, the yoghurts are delicious! The staff are always so sweet and are amazing at what they do, I have never had a bad experience with my drinks or the staff here at ding tea. They are so welcoming and the atmosphere is always pleasant. The minute you walk in, you feel welcomed immediately. So glad Bountiful got a boba place! I came here on a snowy day with few other customers and the staff was unbelievably helpful- truly above and beyond. They explained the menu and customizations, recommended drinks, and even gave me a free hot drink that they were thinking about adding to the menu. When I say this place was so fine.... My goodness I've gone twice now. I had the winter melon milk tea both times with the regular boba. The tea was delicious. Sometimes it's a little watered down with the ice. But either way in my opinion is still fantastic. I also love the environment and the workers are very nice. P.s. free stickers included! read more

I have consistently had the worst costumer service at this establishment. During my most recent experience, I went to grab my drink and accidentally tipped it over, it spilled all over my clothes and on the counter. Not one employee said anything to me or offered a napkin. My friend had to reach behind the counter to grab paper towels. They continued to not say anything to me while I cleaned myself up and cleaned the counter. They did not offer me a new drink or even my eye contact with me. I always have a bad experience there with the employees but this crossed the line. I will never go back there again and neither will my friends or family because they agree with the horrible costumer service and lack of human decency. read more
