Therapist take Pride in their education and disciplinary's, each RMT walked through muscle and tissue anatomy with ease. Don't feel like talking !! Situated in historic Highlands on 112th Avenue, surrounded by cute stores a stones through from the picturesque river valley. I only went in for an eyebrow wax and I didn't realise my appointment was with Julie herself. She gave me a form to fill in and offered me coffee while I waited for her to prepare the room. When she took me through to the waxing room the first thing I noticed was its size, its was quite spacious with a lovely vanity area and a HUGE bed that had a lovely big faux fur throw. It was super comfy and warm! There was an electric blanket on underneath - I could have quite happily napped there. It was so comfy and cozy, I felt very relaxed. As for the service itself, Julie asked if I had any specific instructions. I really appreciated this as she knew exactly what I wanted. We discussed brow shape and she showed me the best shape for my face and what to do to achieve the look I want. I've had a few brow waxes that were quite sore and my skin can go red straight after, but Julie was so gentle it was not sore at all. I was a little red but she gave me a cooling gel and a tinted moisturiser before I left. Service from start to end was fantastic. I will be back to try some of her other services. I noticed on the way out that she accepts insurance for massages which is a winner in my book.
