And, what was once a nice looking orange pie has become a soupy amalgam of gooey cheese and ok sauce. It was the exact same problem in Pulaski, way too much cheese that was concentrated around the center of the pie that gave the sauce zero chance of poking through. The cheese was not put on very evenly either. There was no magic between the sauce, cheese and crust. Just an average pizza by NYC standards. More like tomato fondue.

The place only seats around 16 people but he assured us that he occasionally gets many more in there at a time.
