Lucky for me the flatware was located right at the door I entered. The employee who was nearby greeted me with a smile. And asked if she could help me. Of course she could since I never have been here. She showed me where to go and stayed around and answered a few questions I had as well. All in all I was happy to stop in. But this visit I didn't make a purchase. Maybe next visit. Because I'll for sure be back.

The bottom line is, if you go to Ashley and find something you like, you'll probably find the same exact piece here but cheaper. That's what happened to me. Furniture Pickup Review: I just purchased furniture (chair) from HomeGoods. I used their hold…read moreoption. That means I purchased a chair and picked it up on another day (it's held for 72 hours). I witnessed some inefficiencies which discouraged me from purchasing additional furniture. It was challenging to find someone at the store to ask how to initiate furniture purchase as the first timer. I almost gave up. I had to then wheel my chair through the entire store. I wonder what happens with heavier furniture. After filling out some paperwork, I was able to store my chair in store. I asked how delivery of other furniture works and ballpark price. I was told that I need to get in touch with delivery company via app or phone to plan after purchase. That's wonderful that delivery partner exists, but that discouraged me from buying two other items. It seems reasonable to provide customers with more details surrounding furniture delivery partner and expectations (delivery distance, turnaround time, and process). At pickup, I called the store to check how to pickup furniture. It wasn't really explained during payment. The store's employee transferred me from TJ Maxx to HomeGoods like they're worlds away. The entire process started to finish was not the smoothest. I really felt like employees didn't have any interest in answering any furniture questions and wanted to detach from the experience. While I love the value at HomeGoods, I won't be getting more furniture that I can't transport simply because I don't understand the process after asking multiple associates. It shouldn't be this difficult.

I was relieved to find they had a few choices of dresses available in my size (small). I even got a pair of shoes, small hairspray and my date got a Perry Ellis belt, all for under $100! The cashier was warm, friendly and welcoming, a great representation for the store. If I lived here, I'd definitely be back, especially to check out the home goods section. Lastly, I really like that the two stores are combined, although that's a recipe for a spending spree!!! Ha;)

I was pleased with our sales guy Bobby and also the manager with the super cool tattoos. Our family spent time sitting on different furniture sets and we were pleased with our final choice (not pictured). The snack section in the back was clutch. We were able to grab a quick bite and look around some more. Financing options were easy to understand. Delivery went really well. The movers were courteous and cleaned up behind themselves.

After searching online for area furniture stores, Sedlak's caught my eye and I decided to pay them a visit at their Solon location. The store is inconspicuous from the street and more closely resembles a hotel or country club from the outside. Upon walking in I was greeted by a kind lady at a desk and she directed me down a hall to the back of the store. This place is absolutely massive! There are numerous sections, each of which specializes in different home furnishings. The variety is extensive and offers a vast assortment of items. I found the section that has televison stands and after roughly 15 minutes decided on an attractive wood and glass stand with cabinets. I found a sales clerk who was more than helpful and collected my information. She then advised that the stand would be delivered in one piece, which would spare me the time of having to assemble it. She advised that the delivery would be carried out within a week and guided me to the front to submit payment. One I submitted payment, a delivery date was agreed upon for the following Monday (4 days) and I left. Sedlak's contacted me the day prior to the scheduled delivery to confirm. On the day of the delivery, two Sedlak's professionals contacted me upon arrival and I let them in. They carefully setup the stand and were even kind enough to place the television on it. The stand is of inpeccable quality and the customer service was top tier! I am happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from them again!

I love shopping at Arhaus and Arhaus Loft. I find that they have the nicest selection of furniture…read morein town. The store is beautifully displayed, and the loft is a "treasure hunt". You have to keep going back and really walk around and look for items, but I have found fantastic deals (and beautiful items) for my dining room, bedroom and living room. The sales person I worked with at Legacy was super friendly and helpful. At the loft? They were nice, but don't seem as well trained as in the regular stores. I had a problem with one of the stools I ordered from Legacy and they switched it out very quickly and it was easy to coordinate. I've used delivery in the past for large orders but they were nice and let me pick up stools and other items I could fit in my car so I could save the delivery fees.

I have a choice of where i shop and i won't go back to Arhaus, as they demonstrate that their mission statement is "caveat emptor" or "buyer beware"... not "we want to make sure you are happy with the customer experience". again-- my bad, but some accommodation would have gone a long way. I purchased Durapella slate gray sectional from Ashley in February 2025, delivered in March…read more2025(purchase price 4K) I was told DuraPella was guaranteed to be indestructible. The sales associated took his car key multiple times to the couch to demonstrate the durability. On July 4 we discovered a small area on the side of the couch where the gray material was peeling off the couch. I put in a claim and have been denied, stating they do not cover "cuts", the damage appears to be accidental rather than a defect. I am not sure how peeling material would be accidental damage. I will never purchase from Ashley again, I would recommend Bobs Furniture over Ashley. Ashley does not stand behind the products, their customer service is just awful.
