For starters, most garden centers have a few cats, maybe a golden retriever, but this one has a pot-bellied pig! Her name is Petunia and she has a little relaxing area towards the back. Does it add anything to the garden center itself? Not really, but for heavens sake, you have to at least appreciate that she's there, just chilling and keeping people company as they select their garden items. Their selection is pretty good as far as things go. They have the standard kitchy garden items, along with a lot of potted plants. You'll also find baby trees if you're keen on planting one, as well as seedlings. I'll admit I haven't always had the greatest service here, some of the staff are great in making recommendations, while others make me wonder why they even work at a garden store. I've purchased several plants here though and all of them have been quite hardy. One in particular, a lime plant, has thrived despite the fact that I kill plants on the regular. Finally, I love their seasonal decorations. They usually mix it up dependent on the season, and I can pretty much always guarantee they will have what I'm looking for, whether it's hanging spring flower baskets, summer herb seedlings, or pumpkins and hay bales.

The manager you was pushing warranties and extras was pushing a little to hard. The delivery people were good but they had to take a door off to get the couch in and didn't put it back correctly and I had to adjust the door when I came home. The installed the wrong mantel, which was damaged from the manufacturer (told me who cares), they damaged our $4500 bookcases/cabinets, installed a piece of arched molding that was damaged by the manufacturer, failed to finish to crown molding and kept the key to our house and refused to return it. There is a whole lot more that I could go in to. In total, I had to pay $2,000 for repairs for the damages they caused and they would not work out a settlement with us so they put a lien on our house. We paid the amount owed because we could not take another loan out on our home unless we paid the lien off. They have yet to remove the lien and we paid them in full over 2 months ago. This company is unethical, does subpar work and charges top dollar for subpar work. The job took them 3 months to complete. I highly encourage you to not hire this company that does not care about their work or their customers. I paid $13,000 for a fireplace redo and my bookcases have issues because to make them look halfway decent, they had to be repainted. So in total, this job cost me almost $18,000. Neither big box retailer could tell me much about their tubs except for price and obvious things such as 1yr warranty but they didn't know how that worked or the fine print details, or anything about their service after install etc. Notable was that they did disclose that they "neatly leave the packaging / trash for the consumer to discard"- What?! Then remembered The Place in Medina, Ohio. So glad I went this route. Rex Brown was very knowledgeable, he answered All of my questions and concerns (that no one else could and other info. that I couldn't get online). The Place has a large inventory of Hot tubs. Like most stores, big box or small retailers they have a limited amount of Plug n Play units but more than most that I went to, and they carry the BEST plug n play model on the market: The Dream Maker and at an affordable price too. The difference with The Place and Big box stores, is that The Place knows their products and stand behind them! It is a family-owned company-(buy local). They have a repair shop on sight, their own repair guys/employees (unlike big box- once you get it home - after warranty-it's on you to get it fixed). The Place also carries any accessories, like filters and chemicals that you may need for your hot tub. The transaction was GREAT from start to finish, (no gimmicks, no delays, no bait and switch). The delivery and set up was quick and very professional; they left no trace of packaging material aside from my beautiful hot tub you would never know they were there!
