Sandwiched amidst multiple malls of varying degrees of success in the Milwaukee area led by…read moreMayfair, the outlet mall in Kenosha, and Gurnee Mills, Regency Mall is a strange, perpetually-on-life-support place that got left in the dust by the success of those aforementioned places. Knowing all this about it, and knowing that half the mall was demolished a while ago to make way for Woodman's, I paid it a visit for the first time in my life out of boredom and random curiosity in June 2024. I was, bluntly, expecting a quick power walk through a depressing, barely-there interior that would only take a few minutes. Instead, what I got was...fine? Make no mistake about it - it is very much a dead mall, with only like 6 stores remaining, a (quite good) coffee stand, Auntie Anne's, and a Planet Fitness accounting for most of the cars in the parking lot; but it's...well-maintained? I noticed a maintenance worker squeegeeing the windows around the entrance on my way out, there was ample security, and the interior is well-lit and clean. The stores that do exist are similarly cared for, staffed by friendly faces, and honestly feel like individual trips back in time 20-30 years when Regency probably had more life to it. Throw in the fact that Spencer Gifts still has the old neon exterior and you can practically hear Tiffany playing as you walk the mostly-empty halls (or not, because the piped-in Muzak on my visit really, really liked Bon Jovi). I could keep going on about how bizarrely okay my Regency visit was, but I'll end it by saying that I feel strangely optimistic for its future. If Woodman's actually gets built, the apartments and hotel actually follow, and Microsoft actually sticks to their promise of a data center in nearby Mount Pleasant, the remnants of Regency may yet have life ahead of them as an anachronistic, enclosed strip mall surrounded by other big-box retail. I'll be rooting for them; they seem like fine folks.

Regency mall has really tanked. Scarcely any stores. Heard that large grocery store is moving in…read more Hope it doesn't push the local grocery stores out of the area. The VP mall definitely need revamping. More retail stores needed.

They have different sections for sportswear for men and sportswear for women. In the men's section you can find a lot of good quality and branded clothes for your boyfriend, brother, father, and for your friends. They are organized and every type and color of clothes are separated to each other so it's easy to find. In the women section it is also organized well. I'm happy that every piece of clothing that I will look at is here.  I went to the shoe section and it had a lot of shelves with different kinds of shoes. Even though the shelves are not full of stock, it has been organized. They have different sizes and colors of shoes. You can also ask the staff about the sizes. Don't worry, the staff are helpful. Try to shop here because the shoes are durable and comfortable to wear.

This was especially useful when traveling in Europe as they don't allow shorts in the churches. Most of the time I wore shorts. When I needed to wear pants I just zipped on the legs and viola. I also bought a real nice winter coat w/an insulated thermal liner. Just an add I just went to The Mall of America & bought a new Columbia winter coat for $240 minus 25% for $180 w/no sales tax in Minnesota on clothes. Out the door for $180. Great deal right? NOT SO FAST!!!! I found the exact same coat here for $219 on sale for $40% off w/5.5% sales tax in WI. $219 X 60% = $131.40 X 5.5% (WI sales tax) = $138.63 out the door Sheeeet $180 - $138.63 = $41.37 difference & a 1hr drive to Kenosha WI vs 8hr to The Mall of America (NEVER AGAIN) 4 tanks of gas and a night in the hotel added to the cost.
