Last time I came here was a few months ago. It's good that it's not a hassle to park again because of the big parking lot. Their place was spacious. They have different sections for sportswear for men and sportswear for women. In the men's section you can find a lot of good quality and branded clothes for your boyfriend, brother, father, and for your friends. They are organized and every type and color of clothes are separated to each other so it's easy to find. In the women section it is also organized well. I'm happy that every piece of clothing that I will look at is here.  I went to the shoe section and it had a lot of shelves with different kinds of shoes. Even though the shelves are not full of stock, it has been organized. They have different sizes and colors of shoes. You can also ask the staff about the sizes. Don't worry, the staff are helpful. Try to shop here because the shoes are durable and comfortable to wear. read more

I have been to this store several times over the past few years. When I went to Europe I got some cool pants with zip off legs from this Columbia store. This was especially useful when traveling in Europe as they don't allow shorts in the churches. Most of the time I wore shorts. When I needed to wear pants I just zipped on the legs and viola. I also bought a real nice winter coat w/an insulated thermal liner. Just an add I just went to The Mall of America & bought a new Columbia winter coat for $240 minus 25% for $180 w/no sales tax in Minnesota on clothes. Out the door for $180. Great deal right? NOT SO FAST!!!! I found the exact same coat here for $219 on sale for $40% off w/5.5% sales tax in WI. $219 X 60% = $131.40 X 5.5% (WI sales tax) = $138.63 out the door Sheeeet $180 - $138.63 = $41.37 difference & a 1hr drive to Kenosha WI vs 8hr to The Mall of America (NEVER AGAIN) 4 tanks of gas and a night in the hotel added to the cost. read more

This place is awesome! They've got a lot of product in here, and this is one of the ONLY outlet stores that I think actually has good/real product. I highly recommend stopping in! They've got amazing deals, and things you see on their website but like 40% cheaper! It's crazy! The bad thing: I'm a plus-size, and they don't carry plus size in store. So unfortunately i can't actually shop here. BUT, I buy lots of Columbia stuff from online because they actually have a NICE plus-size selection online!! My Mom loves coming to this outlet though, so I go here with her a lot. Great size, very clean, and the staff is friendly. A++ read more

Fits all I'm not the biggest fan of Columbia as a brand, but their product is of very good quality and they stand behind their product. Columbia sizing is pretty generous so they fit all body shapes. Shopping sales at the outlet saves quite bit off retail pricing. This store also has a good selection of Sorel boots for men and women. My thing here really is Mountain Hardware which Columbia acquired in 2003. They've stocked it in the past, and it disappeared for awhile but it's back. You can get higher-end gear at prices lower than you'd find at REI or other shops while on sale. read more

I have a theory that among the major coat manufactures, body type plays a part in which brand fits you best. In other words, if you're tall, bigger on top, pear, short, etc, there is a corresponding brand that fits best. North Face, for example, is a mess on me. Columbia fits great. So, I came here in the February timeframe looking for a "real" puffer jacket because the one I have was a cheap one from Patagonia at Costco and under 50 degrees it does nothing. Since I already know this brand is "for me" I figured I'd skip the middle man and not go to the department store. Puffer found, plus I got a rain jacket with hood for 19.99 because that day there was a buy one item, get one 1/2 off deal. I had at least 10 rain jackets to choose from, there were plenty of other products I wanted (but managed not to buy) and the place was organized and clean. There were a couple racks of plus size items for those looking, although not much. And, truth be told it's NOT a huge store. There is not a ton of selection, but the selection they offer is all good, so better to have a small amount of good options than a huge amount of so-so options. If you're a Columbia build kinda person, don't miss out - you'll save money and get a great product. read more

Get winter goods cheap, cheap, cheap. I like to stop here before heading out on ski trips to stock up on apparel. Like $20 snow pants that don't look to dorky and keep my butt warm and dry. It's in the outlet mall so there are always lots of discounts being tossed around. The only drawback is sometimes the sizes are out of whack and the availability can be limited. read more

Awesome!! Went shopping at this outlet mall for the first time today, tried North Face first and I say skip it, it was a mess in there, total mayhem, and the staff is no place to be found. Ahhhhhhhhhh (heavenly music) we then went to Columbia Sportwear, it's nice and organized and clean. Staff walking around asking you if you needed anything, everything was marked, nice selection of stuff, very nicely priced. We got two adult ski jackets, a fleece insulator, and gloves for $355. Then they asked if we'd like to save 10% by giving our email address - ummm yeah! That basically equaled free gloves!! Would total make the drive from Chicago back here again! read more

Rude staff but great brand. I have been wearing Columbia brand for over 20 years. Love the brand but please train those sales people and give them a personality. We asked if we could use a discount coupon that had expired a day before and the rude response we received makes us never step foot in this store again. Keep in mind that people buy from people; brand is important but there's much competition out there. I prefer a pleasant professional store where my questions can be answered with courtesy and not condescending remarks! read more

I do agree this place looks awesome and there were a lot of really cool stuff out here. It was super crowded and busy, the staff were friendly and helped us out immediately. Guess 1 star is as low My rating can go.Good place to open a store, but lousy and I mean no service. Plenty of personnel who did everything to not help you. I had 2 girls working on something who wouldn't assist at all. Most of the time I had to search around them. I finally found the hiking boots I liked and found 10 people at the checkout and only 1 clerk there. Put down the boots and walked out. Not surprising, I got a Thank you, come again when I left. When Columbia has big sales and merchandise on clearance, the prices and selection of merchandise is fantastic.

I love the clothing in this store; I always have. With the perfect amount of insulation in their winter coats, colorful athletic wear, and a wide variety of different jackets and fleeces, how could you not love this store? Your first impression when walking into the store is that the place is organized and sporty. A giant poster mural stands in front blocking the view of the store- the poster is pretty darn cool, and adds that extra wow factor to the store. All was well until I walked around the giant mural. While taking into account that it was a busy Saturday, and the store was fairly busy when I walked in at around 6:30, it still looked as if a tornado had hit the accessories section. Hats, gloves, and shoes were strewn everywhere, so I avoided that section. What I had really come in to buy was a winter coat for myself, and I must say that I had much success in finding the women's coats right away. All of Columbia's winter outerwear is displayed in the front of the store- it's pretty convenient. The coats, being more organized than anything else in the store, were most appealing to look at, so I went right towards them. As I looked through the coats, I did have some questions about the product, but it was difficult to locate employees. They all look like average people (no obvious depictions such as uniforms or big name tags). Also, I was not asked by anyone working if I needed assistance. This is something I want when I go shopping; I want clarification on what I'm buying and why. Columbia Sportswear employees simply didn't make costumers (or store recovery) their first priority. However, I really enjoy Columbia's clothes, I found what I needed, and I can't complain too much. It was an overall decent experience. read more

Super cheap and friendliest staff ever. Great to stop even if you don't need anything specifically, gloves shoes and jackets are always on some type of clearance. Every ski trip we take up North deserves a stop at this gem. read more
