After searching some more on yelp , we stumbled on this website. We decided to give Ronnie a try and we're VERY GLAD that we did . We called , left a message AND got a call back!! Yeah !! We made an appointment . Ronnie came out on time . He took the extra time needed trimming our horses' hooves . As our horses' were not as co-operative since that last shoer had attempted to trim them . I want to say, Ronnie knows a great deal more about horses than just shoeing and it shows . You CAN'T go wrong with this guy doing you horse/horses' . He's the best. He will be doing our horses from now on.

I recommend Dr. Wan (truly a gem!) but NOT the hospital or any other vet…read more Pros: Dr. Wan Cons: They charge $130 for at home visit no matter how close (such as less than 1/4th of a mile, we're walking distance) plus mileage/fuel fee. $20-$40 Id understand for a travel fee outside of Norco... But this is just taking advantage of a situation. They've also tried to pressure me to trailer a in a sick horse to them... If you don't want to offer a service just don't do it, but don't get annoyed or stick salesmen about it if you choose to offer a service. Administrative end; details go missing, instructions for meds are incomplete, they don't return calls, when requesting things like X-rays you don't get all images you paid for, tried to charge me a second time months later, you have to chase after them for bloodwork results. And worst of all... The last vet for a home visit was the rudest person I ever experienced. She kept criticizing me as if I she expected an apologize for me following the office's instructions (apparently they were wrong). I thought a sick horse was the worst part of the day but it turned out to be the vet. So no... I don't recommend this location unless it's emergency, or... UNLESS you can get Dr Wan, who understandably is very popular and nearly impossible to get an appointment with, I highly recommend him. This location is about as far away as you can get from Dr. Pol. After this recent experience, I'm looking for a new vet.

Everything is taken care of and it feels wonderful that I have a place I can take my horse where I know she will always be safe. I also know my horse will be very mad at me when she leaves from this wonderful place!

They have around 5 seperate beautiful pastures and they are really good at knowing which one your horse would fit into best. They really care about each horse and even will individually feed your horse his/her supplements as needed in a seperate paddock each day for no extra charge. They spread the hay out in the pasture so that even the timid horses get plenty of food to eat. All the horses are in good shape and healthy. She has the farrier out around every 10 weeks to trim the horses feet and the vet out twice a year to give them there shots. You don't have to be there, you just get a bill in the mail! My Gypsy Vanner gelding has been there since he was 9 months old and he is just over 3 years now. I'm going to feel guilty taking him away from all his horse buddies so that he can be trained and ridden!

There's also a hot walker and multiple wash racks. BEMER SESSIONS available at the ranch Also MONTHLY CHIROPRACTOR that comes to the ranch A TON of tree coverage so it's pretty well shaded throughout. Also lights in the arena for night riding. Everyone coordinates and rides on the weekend out on trail so if that's your forte then moonshaddow is the place for you! Best of all there is no drama which is AWESOME! Everyone there is so great. So blessed to have found this gem.
