My only disappointment was that they didn't have plain white sugar or simple syrup available. They only offered brown sugar. The staff was incredibly kind and offered alternatives like vanilla syrup and honey, but sometimes you just want plain sugar. Brown sugar has a distinct flavor that changes the taste of coffee, so I'd love to see a plain sugar option added. The ambiance couldn't be much better. The decor is adorable, and I loved the funky disco balls around the coffee station. There's also a fantastic outdoor seating area that makes it a great place to relax. I also think it's brilliant that the space transforms into a wine bar in the evening--such a smart use of the space. One tip: don't be intimidated by the line outside. When we arrived, the line looked crazy long, but that's mostly because there's very little room inside to wait. I did a flight consisting of several lighter samplers. They were all awesome. The Hefeweizen was my favorite. I spoke with the bartender for quite some time about the brewery and how he got started there, I really appreciated the attention and the service. Everything was on point. If you're in this part of Alabama and have some time, stop in. You'll love it!!
