I was sold a defective, misrepresented product along with false information about what accessories were included and what was compatible. That alone violates the Michigan Consumer Protection Act (MCL 445.903), which prohibits deceiving customers, misrepresenting product quality, and failing to disclose material facts. But it gets worse. When I called the second time to resolve the issue, multiple employees started talking aggressively over the phone, cutting me off, denying everything, and one even told me to 'call the cops' instead of addressing the problem. This is a blatant attempt to intimidate a customer rather than fix their own mistakes. Another employee had already acknowledged the issue and admitted fault, yet management pretended nothing happened and refused any responsibility, another violation of the MCPA for false statements and deceptive practices. You can't yell at customers, deny previous statements, blame them for YOUR misinformation, and then refuse refunds on defective merchandise you misrepresented. That is unlawful. This place engages in shady, dishonest, and hostile business practices. I will be reporting them to the Michigan Attorney General, BBB, and every platform available. This is fk'd up.
