Fine merchandise and knowledgeable courteous staff. HOWEVER there were no price tags on items that I looked at, and I didn't ask before paying. More fool me. My jeans cost $166 (Canadian dollars). Shocked, I walked out with them. A while later I came to my senses and tried returning them. I could not; store credit only.
If price is no object for you, I highly recommend this store. Otherwise be careful. It's not a great strategy to leave your customer feeling like a fool, but as Baddeck becomes a tourist town this time of year, they may feel they won't see you again, and their policy maximizes profit.
