A squirrel fell down my chimney & was sitting on the crossbar of the flue. It couldn't go back up &…read morewouldn't come all the way down into the fireplace so I could try to get it back outside. (My cats definitely wanted to help.) I called the Chattahoochee Nature Center for a recommendation & their recording suggested the ahnow.org website to find a humane wildlife person, which is how I found Sanders Wildlife. Chatted with Brandon over the phone & he headed over to help out. It took some coaxing, but he was able to safely the the squirrel out (turned out to be a nursing mama) & we released her immediately back out into my yard so she could get back to her babies. He also fixed up/sealed the top of my chimney properly so I won't have squirrels or birds accidentally making their way down again. Brandon is so nice, obviously loves animals, is very patient, & took care of the situation exactly the way I wanted it handled (humanely & kindly). I thought the price was reasonable for the service (though I have nothing to compare it to). I will definitely be calling Sanders Wildlife for any future wildlife needs I have. 100% recommend. First and foremost, I must say how much being a patron to a locally owned business is great and…read morethat should honestly be reason enough... But I follow that with... If you're not using Robards Pest Control for your home or business already, you should. If you're like me... You hate bugs... And the sooner winter can come and kill them all, the better... But in the meantime, why deal with them when there's someone like Joseph at RPC who can take care of you and yours? Let me tell you, it was really late at night and I had a question about a specific bug and though it was the weekend and very much after hours, Joseph took the time to thoughtfully respond to my question and point me in the right direction with both home prep (sealing up entry-access points) and which product would do the best job at killing and deterring the bugs in question. But, one tip?Unlike me, maybe, unless it's like an "Arachnophobia" situation... wait until normal business hours to decide to take an interest on a particular bug? I highly recommend RPC, and agajn, if you're anything like me and the closest you come to being "in touch with nature" is observing it from the other side of a window... Then what do you have to lose??

Called to complain about the first service and immediately wanted them to return. Spoke to the technician and all he had was reasons why he couldn't/shouldn't come back so quickly and to hold off another week. Let's just say after 4 no shows of 3 different technicians, I canceled immediately and went to Orkin
