Thank you I am currently renting a home in Dallas Georgia where I'm responsible for pest control. I thought I could manage with the DIY kit I bought from Facebook and all that it killed were crickets. It wasn't until I found a wasp nest under one of the alcoves on the front of my house and having to kill a spider, with babies pouring out of it that I finally realized enough is enough!! My sister lives in the area and recommended a chain service, but I found their online reviews to be consistently negative. So, I did some research on Yelp and Google and found Hole-In-One Pest Solutions. I wish I had called earlier as I continue to put this off despite having additional spiders coming through various cracks, corners, doorways, etc. The customer service representative was extremely helpful and kind. Super easy to talk to and helped me set up my first pest control appointment. I've always lived in an apartment so I've never had to deal with this before. I appreciated her patience and compassion as I explained my terrifying wolf spider story. Within just a couple days (due to my schedule) I had a tech out at my place. He listened attentively to the issues, and after a walk around the perimeter we agreed to a treatment plan and price. (Side note - a big turn off and red flag for me is when companies try to guilt or scare you into a subscription or additional services. This was NOT the case. Thank you for treating me fairly and not taking advantage of a first time homeowner/renter. I will always respect the integrity of a company that stands behind their services and work to create value added packages without the over the top sales pressure, and that starts from the top, so kudos to your management!!) I contracted with Peachtree Pest Control's Wildlife Division earlier this summer, and unfortunately the experience was defined by poor scheduling, communication failures, and bad follow-through. The sales process was smooth, although in hindsight I believe I may have purchased more than I needed. After that, the problems started. Regular pest-control technicians were sent to my home even though I had contracted for wildlife services, and these technicians could not perform wildlife work. They also confused appointments, including sending a technician when I had never been told a visit was scheduled. When the wildlife work was finally scheduled, I took off work to be home. The crew arrived and told me the electricity to the house had to be disconnected before they could proceed. No one had told me that in advance, so the appointment had to be rescheduled. I then arranged with the utility company to disconnect my power and took additional time off work. When the next Peachtree technician arrived, I was told the power did not actually need to be disconnected. The work was completed while I was left sitting in a house without electricity waiting for the utility company to return and reconnect service. I was also told they would return in about two weeks to remove the one-way wildlife exclusion device installed on the house. Instead, it remained there for roughly two and a half months and was only removed after repeated calls. Eventually, I canceled the service and repeatedly asked to speak with management. I called approximately six times. I eventually spoke with a field manager who was already familiar with my property because he had personally come out to remove the exclusion device. He said he would escalate my concerns to two people above him and that someone would contact me. That was about a week ago, and no one has. At this point, I have given up trying to get the company to address the experience directly. My dissatisfaction is not based on one mistake. It is the cumulative result of the wrong technicians being dispatched, appointment confusion, unnecessary loss of electrical service, multiple days of missed work, a promised two-week follow-up taking roughly two and a half months, and repeated difficulty getting management involved. Whatever the underlying cause, my experience with the Wildlife Division was far more difficult and time-consuming than it should have been. I would recommend using anyone else. read more

I have used Hole In One at two different homes. Tony came out to my daughter's home, identified the problem, gave me a quote, and eradicated the problem in the time frame he gave. I was so happy, I hired them to take care of my new home. Ants in the summer, they handle it. Silverfish in the winter, no problem. Spiders in the winter, they are on it. We had a major ant problem in our kitchen. It drove me crazy! Hole in one came to exterminate. The tech was very kind and explained all he was doing. He didn't spray outside because a big storm was coming. Instead, he put down granules. Unfortunately, our problem was so bad, the granules did nothing. We needed the outside sprayed. I called the company and they came right back out to spray. The ants and all other bugs directly outside of our house were gone! They were proactive in calling to schedule our quarterly appointment (even though there was no longer a bug problem, I appreciated them being proactive). The next tech who came out was just as friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company! read more

He Came and They Left We had an issue with the big flying roaches or whatever you call them. It was getting worse each year. Tony showed up and within a few days those suckers were surrendering belly-up. 18 months later following 2-3 maintenance visits and no sight of their return. We have had a problem with large roaches. Tyler came over and did everything that could possibly be done to keep them from returning using less dangerous insecticide than our building's pest control. He was very knowledgable and helpful. The office staffperson was as well. Tyler came exactly on time, letting us knnow along the way when he would be there. Contacted Tony after my previous termite company scammed us on termite service that resulted in damage to our hardwood flooring. He came and explained everything that they were going to do. I got to know Hole in One several years ago, and they keep up the termite bait systems around my home, my rental home and inside my homes. It's great because they really know about my dog, my work at home, my tenants -- they send someone who has been briefed on my situation. And I see the same great techs over and over. I rarely have any problems, but recently had a big kitchen redo and somehow some German roaches got multiplying in the dishwasher. They did a targeted treatment over a few weeks, and zip zap they are gone! I so did not want them to get ahold in the walls and my new kitchen cabinets. I like that they use low scent, safer chemicals because I am chemically sensitive. I want to use the least toxic thing that still deters bugs in my house. They're ok out in the yard, I'll let the birds take care of them! And I don't want to kill good bugs, like bees and wasps and ladybugs. Super local company -- Tony and his sons and employees treat everyone like gold. Don't just be a number and get whatever they want to spray around. Get someone who treats you with care and sincerity. I contacted Hole-in-One about a rat I saw in my basement on May 17, 2018. The owner of the company came and viewed my basement and said he would have to purchase some traps, etc. He came back on May 30 and installed the items he said were needed. When I contacted him over two weeks later about still having evidence of a rat in the basement , he came to the house on June 20. When I showed him evidence that the rat was still alive and doing damage, he claimed it was that way when he came in May. I showed him the new areas and he claimed that they were there before. I disagreed; I told him I paid him $240 up front to get rid of the rat and clean up any rat residue and give me a letter that my house was rodent free. When I pointed out that I had had to contact him, he claimed he had tried to call me several times. My phone shows one call on June1 which I apparently missed. He then claimed I was threatening him, so I moved ten feet away from this young man into my garage area; he then said he was taping our argument which I hope he really was. I am trying to get my house ready to close and retire and move back to Texas. I am a 75 year-old woman who was not happy with him, but neither was I threatening him with bodily harm. He then told me that his customers loved him and gave him five star reviews, but I told him that he wasn't getting one from me unless my rat was taken care of. He then said he would be back on Friday between two and four p.m., but he never came. Apparently he thinks he can just pocket my money and not follow through on his contract, so he is going to get this review as I promised him would happen if he did not get rid of my rat! read more
