The first initial service was a joke. The so called technician barely used any materials on the inside and maybe did the outside treatment ( if the outside treatment consists of only spraying his sprayer on the way back to his truck). Called to complain about the first service and immediately wanted them to return. Spoke to the technician and all he had was reasons why he couldn't/shouldn't come back so quickly and to hold off another week. Do NOT USE THIS LOCATION. They took $8,000 of my personal money and I financed $7,000 for a new house treatment. They installed the wrong insulation in the crawl space, I paid for a liner and they didn't remove the debris so the liner ripped, the installed gutter guards but didn't clean out the gutters, and they pulled up shingles on my house, the insulation in the attic was sprayed all over the place, it is no longer safe to walk in the attic, they sprayed my hot water heater and almost caused a fire, they did not install a catch for the attic stairs so every time I open the attic insulation falls down and I have to keep my dogs from eating it, they came out once to spray and never again and the one email I received said they were here for 1min and completed spraying. They charged me $103 plus $86 a month for pest control, termite, and mosquito treatment that NEVER happened. They won't give you their office number and the 800number won't do anything except take your complaint. I literally had to send arbitration paperwork, i requested a refund and was denied, Terminix main office in Memphis kept sending the arbitration paperwork back. Finally a secretary from the La Grange office reached out to me and said they would get rid of the $7,000 I financed but that was it. I asked her if they would removed the false report on my credit report of three late payments and she said her manager said he would. Here we are months later and my credit is still damaged and La Grange office is $8,000 richer for a job they never completed or fixed what was promised they would fix. I am not even asking for the $8,000 of my money back I am asking for them to fix my credit that they destroyed. I am back to no one returning my calls. I have been fighting this since August of last year. BE WARNED. I am taking them back to arbitration. read more

If I could this -5 stars, then I truly wouldn't hesitate to give them that rating. We (my family of 5 and me) have waited for days for them to show up. The first appointment they showed up 45 minutes late, then it brought fleas, then the 2nd appointment we called 3 times to confirm and they said they would be at our house between 1-5 PM and when we called at 4, they said the appointment had never been made, yet they took our money right away. I purchased a home that had a paid one year termite protection contract with Terminix. Called Terminix and was told I could transfer the protection for $99, but they needed to do an inspection first. I set up appointment. I have go to the house and wait for the inspection. No one showed up nor called. Made another appointment and no one showed. Called main office and was told the supervisor from the La Grange, GA office would call me in 15 minutes. He never called. Do not do business with this company. I think you are better served to use a local small business rather than this large chain. Customer service at Terminix is horrible. read more

I am on my FOURTH appt with them for termite inspection. Customer service and the service people obviously do not communicate. Cust serv makes and appt and the service person doesn't show up. Or calls and tells me he wasn't even scheduled to work. NOW on my fourth call, I was told they were coming out tomorrow, Wednesday, but i get a recording stating they will be here on Thur. Can't be here Thursday hence reschedule NUMBER FOUR. Do not use them. Go local. This is the worst customer service I have really experienced. And sadly this is not the first year this has happened.
