This area sells 1000's if long gowns, Quinceanera dresses, and tons of accessories all at amazing prices. My older daughter found a great dress a few years ago so we had high hopes. Both of my daughters are tall (5'10 & 6'0") so this is not usually an easy task. We stopped in a few different stores before returning here. (Save the best for last) The lady who was helping my daughter was so nice. She went above and beyond to help her find that perfect dress, that was long enough. And you guessed it...SHE FOUND ONE!!! It needed a tiny alteration and they recommended a lady that was only a block away. (She was fantastic!) (She did it while we waited.) I will post her business card. If you are in need of formal dress this is your stop. Tip: Take a pair of heels with you to help with the length. I will post both dresses (my older daughter's and my younger daughter's dress)

They took a moment to talk to me about what they carried in the kind of shop they were all about. She also was sorry that I was not able to purchase lingerie because they did not carry it there. Unfortunately, my experience was not the best. The store was very messy, with clothes on the floor and items misplaced throughout the racks, which made it difficult to find what I was looking for. After about 15-20 minutes of searching, I finally found a cute denim outfit and went to an employee named Melanie to see if they had my size. As Melanie began helping me, the store phone started ringing. At that moment, a manager named Emily walked up to Melanie and told her to answer the phone, even though she was in the middle of assisting me. After Melanie picked it up, Emily then began reprimanding her for answering the call. The interaction was uncomfortable to witness, especially since it happened right in front of customers. Once the situation passed, Melanie continued helping me and mentioned that there was one more outfit in my size somewhere in the store. When I asked where it might be located, she wasn't sure due to how mixed up the racks were and returned to her other tasks. I made another lap around the store trying to find it but eventually gave up. Overall, the disorganization and uncomfortable interaction between staff made the experience frustrating. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. This was definitely a reminder of why I usually stick with Boot Barn instead.

There were way too many miscommunications from the manager and advisor. Profuse apologies were made, but that didn't help nor change the matter.
