11.26.22 My daughter needed a dress for a black tie event. So we headed to the "Harwin" area. If you are from Houston or surrounding area then you know where I am talking about. This area sells 1000's if long gowns, Quinceanera dresses, and tons of accessories all at amazing prices. My older daughter found a great dress a few years ago so we had high hopes. Both of my daughters are tall (5'10 & 6'0") so this is not usually an easy task. We stopped in a few different stores before returning here. (Save the best for last) The lady who was helping my daughter was so nice. She went above and beyond to help her find that perfect dress, that was long enough. And you guessed it...SHE FOUND ONE!!! It needed a tiny alteration and they recommended a lady that was only a block away. (She was fantastic!) (She did it while we waited.) I will post her business card. If you are in need of formal dress this is your stop. Tip: Take a pair of heels with you to help with the length. absolutely horrible customer service, came prom shopping here with my friend i got a dress until i came home i saw a rip on it and glitter shedding everywhere! i specifically asked if glitter will shed and they said no, this completly false accusations and unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. next day I asked for refund and they said they do not do refund no where on my receipt and when i paid they said they will not do refunds or exchange this is completely unacceptable and wrong, manger was horrible attitude and would not understand when i tried to explain he told me to call the cops etc. DO NOT come here and waste your money!! read more

We were at Juna Trading today and we had the MOST helpful attendant! She gave my daughter advice on what could go together with the look she was going for! It was the first store and the first dress she tried and after looking up and down Harwin, we really think this dress and the veil they allowed her to try on may be the one for her! I went to Juna the other day to find a last minute prom dress, the prices are very affordable especially for the material the dresses are made of i really enjoyed the service there. They have many dresses on display and they allow you to try on as many as you need. I most definitely would recommend this place to anyone else. read more

Enjoyed multiple fabulous experiences at Juna! I have been assisted by several of their employees and received awesome customer service from all including the very kind owner. I recently went to get a dress for a Black Tie Affair. The store is clean and amazingly well organized. With that said, I was a little stumped on where to begin my search. I was enthralled by the beautiful and varied assortment of dresses, full length gowns and suits. I told the consultant(fashion) that I was looking for a formal dress that hit at the knee or slightly above but not ultra mini length with a fit and flare cut. She knew exactly what to pick for my complexion and knew my size without asking. She came back with a stunning crystal encrusted dress that fit me like it was custom made to me! Shopping made super easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend you go there for all your formal needs. They're also extremely reasonably priced. Got my dress for $80! It's also top notch quality. Todayy i went out with my family to look for 15 dresses and i went to many places no charge to try on the dresses and juna had a 20 dollar fee charge to try on a dress i did not agree as i had been to other stores with no fee and i know that i wanted that very dress couldnt even try it on .also my little sister had to use the restroom yes i get there not public but she was almost peeing on her self and my mom asked many times and said why couldnt we use it if we were gonna make a purchase so we had to leave to go to another store for a restroom i will most certainly will not be returning. read more

My review is for the customer service. It amazes me what idiots people make themselves out to be. We went in there a couple of days ago looking for bridesmaids dresses for my sister-in-laws wedding. My niece, who has cerberal palsy so was on her walker, was told she had to stay at the front of the store and could not browse the dresses because they had a no stroller policy. After we told her that it was not a stroller but basically her way of getting around, the idiotic lady still had the nerve to tell us she could not move around the store in her walker. We walked out of that store and will never go back. That lady was rude and ignorant! read more

My Sister In-law had came to look and buy a dress on December she came with one of her aunts. She finally decided on a dress she liked. Since we all know quince dress are expensive she decided to put it on layaway. While she was there the hispanic lady told her she need to come back and try it on that no one else could pick it up for her. here we are in the last of june and we finally came to pick it up. when we get there the same lady told us that she couldnt try it on since we had but it on layaway. that even if it didnt fit there wasn't anything the store could do. I was highly upset because she had lied to us. and was very Very very rude. All she could do was keep saying the same thing over and over again. The owner was very rude!! She charges $20 to try on quince dresses and if you don't buy the dress you try on don't get your money back! When she told us that 3 other families that walked in to look at quince dresses walked out with us. read more
