They challenge warranty claims. Massive mark up on parts…read more(45% up charge on a belt). They charge 4.5% extra for using credit or debit cards. Their attitude to after-sale service customers is very defensive & confrontational when asked about charges. The quality of their service is pretty good, but you can count on at least a week wait. Ordered common parts take a long time to arrive. Basic service includes unnecessary parts such as new plugs after 45 hours run time.
