(Fortunately for us, wherever we dined, the servers were happy to answer our questions.) The fruit bowl on the front desk counter seems like it sat out the entire weekend, with no refrigeration. The bar downstairs doesn't take cash. (I believe that will be against the law in 2028, according to an Illinois bill) No need for us to visit again.
