When I checked in the pharmacist told me to go to another window where I would be helped. Another pharmacist or clerk acknowledged I had an appointment & told me to take a seat & someone would help me. It was 3:55 when I took a seat & at 4:10 I had yet to be helped. So I asked if anyone was going to help me since I had been sitting for 15 min. The pharmacist asked for my insurance card & told me to sit again while he prepared the shot. By the time I got the shot it was 4:17 & that's because I got up & asked if anyone was going to help me. Who knows how much longer I had to wait if I hadn't spoken up. I showed up 15 min early for no reason except to wait because they didn't even bother to make my insurance card until after my appointment time. Also I was the only person waiting for a vaccine & there were only a few customers waiting to pick up meds. Walgreens should not have appointments if they're not going to honor them. It should be first come first served.

We had a bunch of chips from a prior lunch, so we needed dip. I did wish they had spicy salsa as the hottest level offered was only medium. Lots of people were grabbing drinks, snacks and whatever else they needed. Most of the hot food was picked over and there were long lines at the registers. I felt bad for the staff trying to keep up with everyone. If you're in a hurry, I might suggest looking for a more off-the-beaten path gas station.
