I would not recommend this place. They have been fraudulently charging my elderly mother since Sept when she returned the equipment and paid off her bill--it is now mid January and they have charge $1100 on her cc since then. Oxygen Store is supposed to provide BRAND NEW equipment covered by Medicare then delivers equipment in open packaging that is missing important components and manuals required to operate equipment. Medicare pays the Oxygen Store for the BRAND NEW piece of equipment including all of the components required to run. Since the patient is missing parts needed to run life saving equipment, they call back Oxygen Store for missing parts which the Oxygen Store bills patient for. This endangers the lives of patients who are prescribed these machines and is also Medicare fraud. I plan on filing a complaint with Medicare and encourage anyone who reads this who has had a similar experience to do so also. Pitiful. read more

These folks delivered and set up a Hoyer Lift for me. I had a totally different experience with the staff than the other reviewer. They were on time, were very professional and courteous. I would hope that the reviewer called the store, speaking to management with their concerns. Such service is totally out of line but management needs to be made aware of the problem. Even if the Company developed a breakdown or had other issues, a phone call to the customer regarding the delay is expected. Surely other arrangements could have been made for a replacement tank if they knew of the dire need. read more

I also agree if I could give this place a 0 I definitely would also I call all the time no one ever answers and then you get the recording that says our office is open from 8 to 4 Lunch close from 12 to 1 I call at 11:30 all the way up to 12 and no one answers then when I leave messages no one ever calls me back and then their customer service stinks also I would not give this place business it's not worth the headaches read more

I have been trying for over 4 months to get this store to order me a scooter. I have sent them every document they requested. My Neurologist at Barrow in Phoenix has also sent them every record on me that has been requested. They didn't get it filed in time. They had 45 days to file my request for the new scooter. They didn;t do anything until I had called them 6 times and then called me and said they didn't get it in on time. They now say it is my problem. There customer service is terrible. They never return phone calls for updates so I am responsible to call them. When I do call I am never allowed to talk to the, DME person or the store Manager. If they do eventually call back (3 times in 3 months) they are rude and condescending. How does such a business that cares so little for the Disabled stay in business? I hope my complaint to Medicare & The Better Business Bureau helps to Do. they understand how awful they treat their clients. Don.t use this company!!! read more

This is really a 0 STAR review. I wish I would have read reviews before signing with them. They are the worst company on the planet. I get empty oxygen tanks all the time ( fun when you think you have plenty and you put a new tank on and guess what it's empty !!!. and oh yes 40 miles from home. My regulator broke during the holidays and they wouldn't come out , finally a $20 tip did the trick. Now regulator is broken again and they won't come out till next Wednesday, meanwhile I have a Dr. Appt tomorrow but no regulator. Oh well I guess no doctor visit for me tomorrow. A year ago I was in the hospital for 2 weeks in intensive care. My doctor prescribed a breathing machine for me. Two days before I was released, they contacted me endlessly on my cell phone about get my payment and delivering the machine. Someone came by the hospital to deliver the machine and to collect my payment. I was under the impression that I was purchasing this with the help of my insurance company; however, they continue to this day to bill me a "rental" charge for a machine I used twice then gave away. read more

This is the absolute worst oxygen delivery company in the valley. Go to Apria, don't even bother with these unprofessional morons. They were supposed to deliver my father's oxygen between 3-5 pm. They showed up at 7 pm!! They didn't even bother calling to notify they were going to be 2 hours late, I had to call them (after they still weren't there at 5:45) to find out they were still at least another hour out. Ridiculous. He was quickly running out of oxygen from the tank that was sent home with him from the hospital and started to panic that he wouldn't have enough. For someone that spent a week in the ICU on 15 liters of oxygen, that's a scary feeling and something he absolutely did not need to go through. He would have never been discharged had they known this was going to take place. I am still furious with the unprofessionalism and lack of understanding the importance of communication when it comes to something as vitally important as oxygen. read more

I wish I could give them a zero or minus rating. I have never been so poorly treated or had such poor customer service at any facility that I have ever been to. In fact they never had my appointment in their system for which I waited 2 weeks for. While I was sitting for an hour and a half to be called in, three other customers came in and were also treated so poorly that several of them walked out and said we will find another store. You should avoid this store for any medical support at any cost! read more

This company worked fine with me for 5 years, and after I renewed for another 5 years with them, they quit delivering weekly (I need portable oxygen when I walk or exercise) and did it monthly and upped my usage to 10 tanks per delivery. Then I used the 10 and ordered more. They took my order and said it would be delivered Monday. When they didn't show and I called them they Indicated that they only deliver every 90 days. Now that would require about 40 tanks at my current usage, but said they limit the delivery to 15 tanks. Used Medicare restrictions as an excuse. The best that I found in Medicare is that they will deliver as necessary. Something is wrong here. They also make it very hard to change suppliers as they are in a competitive area and requires a change of address to change it. If they only can deliver every 90 days then they should provide a portable oxygen concentrator to do the job. Stay away from this supplier if you have the option, but in reality your doctor will probably direct you to his favorite supplier. read more
