From beginning to installation it was an amazing process. So many choices of styles and colors. I thought I wanted one color, but after taking samples home ended up on a different. Tim was beyond helpful showing me several in the color and price range I needed. He never made me feel rushed or pressured. His main goal was for me to be happy with my decision. Once the product was chosen the estimate was quickly given, and to the smallest detail. It was so affordable and a high quality of material. The installer, Jimmy, was on time and very efficient. This place is THE WORST!!! The vinyl flooring they claimed was a step above typical flooring is absolute crap. The floor creaks when it is stepped on. ( I stole this line from another review because we had the exact same experience). The installation was supposed to have included moving the furniture but we had to hire a separate crew to do most of that. What furniture they did move (such as a custom entertainment unit) was not even put back together properly. Most furniture they moved was damaged. They didn't even bother re-grouting in the bathroom. They left cut tiles that surrounded the tub and toilet, broken and uninstalled, on the floor. The new baseboards were so hurried that they drove nails in so deep that their solution was to fill the indentations in with caulk. WHO DOES THAT?? There was NO cleanup afterward ... we had to hire a cleaning team to come in and clean-up their mess. They REFUSED to return and make any of this right. The owner said that none of it was his responsibility. He had his money so he washed his hands of it. Please spare yourself the frustration and anxiety and avoid this place!! If I could give a negative star rating I would- whoever is running this place should be fired ! This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced- the woman in the office was incredibly rude and disrespectful to my husband! I am appalled at how she spoke to him (he was on speakerphone ) ! I don't know how these people are in business at all ! If you're considering purchasing from this company I strongly suggest you go somewhere else. I recently purchased a home and during the housing inspection the bedroom floors was determined the bedroom sub floors needed to be replaced. The home owner hired Pad Place to accomplish this prior to my closing on the home. A few weeks after the closing I was having the carpets replaced in these same rooms. We found poor workmanship in the recently replaced sub floors. They left 6" to 12" of the old particle board along the perimeter of the walls, they left large gaps and uneven areas between the plywood pieces they installed. I called them to give them a chance to make the necessary repairs/adjustments but they didn't even bother to return my calls. I would never hire them for a project in my home nor recommend them to anyone. read more

One response from Damon that went no where and absolutely nothing from Mike. I have never ever written a bad review for a company as I have one myself. Stay away from these people......owner Michael Kundert is a lying snake, in my opinion. I ordered flooring from them....the installers came and left oil stains on my paver driveway....then cut the vinyl wrong. They had to re order vinyl and we had to call and call to get them back. They finally came back 10 days later to install the vinyl...they left oil stains at the curb this time. The installers ruined the trim around the flooring. Michael Kundertwill not take responsibility for the damages. Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else for your flooring. read more

This place is absolutely the worst I have ever seen. Run away. I'd give it a zero if I could. The vinyl flooring they claimed was a step above typical flooring is absolute crap. The floor was not leveled properly prior to installation and creaks when it is stepped on. The seam between existing carpeting and the new vinyl was cut too short and could not be joined neatly. Their solution was to cover I it with blue painters tape. When this was brought to the owners attention, he said that "this is done to industry standards". That is absolute nonsense. Concrete showing between the vinyl and carpet is not "industry standard". It is a very poor installation. There was also not a single scrap of extra flooring left for future use or needs. read more

Had my flooring done last October and it's still in great shape and liking good. Mike was exceptionally helpful in picking out a good flirting with my coloring scheme and it's easy to take care of also... I HIGHLY recommend them.. Owner seemed friendly enough. Removal of old flooring was a disaster. Two Brazilian guys that couldn't speak English,didn't have the right tools for the job, and no sufficient clean clean up at all. Canceled installation of flooring after seeing how badly removal went. Owner charged me a whopping $3000 for a restocking fee. Ridiculous. Look elsewhere. read more
