I've been twice this summer - early June in the evening and mid July for 9 AM kayaking. I enjoyed the early morning peace and tranquillity. We were guided by a long line of geese and also saw two egrets along the way. Very peaceful and they make it so easy as they drag the kayaks down to the launch beach. Getting in and especially out of the kayak is challenging. It would be great to have a pole or chair to grab onto to pull yourself up and out. But otherwise, a fabulous not expensive trip away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

what a view this park offers, seriously a killer view that doesn't look like it would be Toronto at…read moreall (see photos). this short but sweet park, is attached to the Humber river which offers kayak and canoeing services during the summer time. this is one of my favorite parks to come to in the fall months to catch all of the trees turning colors, this park is rarely visited, so you will never have to deal with people, runners, or joggers getting in the way. transit options are the old mill subway station on the bloor-danforth line, and this park has lots of parking if you chose to come and drive here. if you are coming to this park via the subway station, you have to go down a big set of stairs, which is no problem going down, but climbing all the way back up is not fun at all. definitely worth your time to come see this park.

She provided everyone with multiple water bottles and made sure to take frequent breaks at sites of interest. Her instructions were easy to follow with regards to bike safety and she was able to keep our group of 6 (4 in our team plus another pair) together throughout the entire tour with no issues. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone, regardless of their experience level as it can likely accommodate any rider with even just a basic knowledge and familiarity. The tour itself was relaxing, beautiful, and educational. We frequently stopped for historical and contemporary updates on the places we visited while traversing the city and islands. The fact that there are effectively no cars on the island itself really enhanced the experience and made it feel like being out for a serene Sunday bike ride with the family. We really appreciated that at each stop she already had a nice spot picked out to take group photos and helped position and arrange us for optimal configuration and angles. This was such a wonderful way to explore the Toronto Islands, I highly recommend this tour and our guide Mariana!

The team from the orientation and sizing of the suits to the walk leader Stephen were to best in class. They are supportive and amiable, not to mention patient. They know your names, relative skill and fear level within 30 seconds more or less. They ensure your safety and comfort in a friendly and amicable manner. The views of T. At night are the most pectacular I've ever seen, and hanging several 100 feet off the ground was well worth the $195 plus tax. Don't forget you also get a ticket for the elevator and Skype, witha coffee or hot chocolate which we used right after. That alone is worth an additional $55. I went up by myself while my guest waited below. I will say everything is VERY WELL EXPLAINED. You feel extremely safe and are secured by two harnesses. I love how to the tour guides take the time to learn everyone's names. While you're on the edge, the tour guides point out landmarks and explain some history. The guides pose you for individual and group photos. This was very exciting for me, but I wouldn't do it again just because I don't need to. If a friend was paying for my second trip I'd definitely do it though!
