Local to its core, Love Street is a true Smyrna treasure!…read more Located on Concord Road between Atlanta Road and South Cobb intersections sits the cute little house that screams "local"! In addition to all the goodies inside the store, they also have a great garden/plant section outside behind the picket fence. We really enjoy Love Street and for good reason, actually many reasons... Service - Always welcoming, helpful and friendly! Every person we have encountered here, whether it be in the main shop or in the garden shed has been great! Inventory - Not only do they have a lot of local branded items, they also feature a lot of locally sourced and created items including artwork, accessories, snacks, foods, clothing, etc...In addition to these items, they have plenty of unique things that make great gifts...even some items of the gag variety! It really is a hodgepodge of inventory as you will see local made honey next to tumblers and coasters in one room, walk through a doorway to get to toys, dog accessories and clocks then wonder into a room filled with shirts and magnets only to turn the corner to find shelves of soap and candles! Outside they have a beautiful garden area that features all varieties of plants and flowers, and accessories including some fantastic flower pots! Overall, Love Street is one of our favorite stores in Smyrna! It's a feel good and homey place to swing through whether window shopping or in search of that perfect gift for someone!

I stumbled upon pOpshelf while visiting Bath & Body Works next door and figured I'd check it out…read moreafter passing it a few times before. I didn't really know what to expect but once I walked in, it looked like a Five Below-ish vibe but more mature. The big difference? The prices. There were some really good deals and some items that were a bittt overpriced, not crazy good deals on that end. But there were some particular items that really stood out pricewise and in terms of trend and quality. When I first walked in my eyes immediately went to the pens that were color-coded - so cute! It wasn't even the pens, but the bright way they were displayed and it didn't hurt that they were so many varieties and some classics in there like Pilot pens and gel pens. The clothes they had were so adorable but I wish they were cheaper to make me feel good about spending on more stuff I don't need, lol. Their "Go Sports" pieces were sooo me. They also had a bunch of holiday items up, party goods, cleaning items, so many things that I didn't expect. Cute store!

I kept hearing good things about this store (and the Barrett Pkwy location) so I finally dropped by…read morelast week. I also hit up their Powder Springs location that same morning. Interior / Exterior They're located in the parking lot with Target, so finding a convenient parking space can be a bit of a challenge. I went early, so the store was super clean and organized. My neighbors mentioned that it can get disorganized later in the day. Price / Value Everything seems to be mid to excellent quality, priced affordably. Customer Service The cashier was preoccupied with her phone - before, during and after the checkout process - but that seems to be the standard nowadays. Lol. Overall Overall, I like this store. I was told that it was a subsidiary of Bed, Bath & Beyond but based on my general Google reading, I think they're owned by Dollar General. Too lazy to research it though. The only thing I don't love is that every time I find something cute on the website, it's not available for pick-up at this location (or the Powder Springs, Kennesaw and Acworth locations). And shipping isn't available either. I've missed out on a great cast iron pan and some beautiful dinner plates because I didn't have time to drive over an hour to another location.
