That's fine and I get that these things happen, but if you email me to reschedule/obtain the pertinent information of the project so you can get back to me with an estimate, it would be nice to actually receive follow-up on that. I even called into the office to get an update to which the secretary indicated that she would pass my info along and still have not heard anything to this day. If you don't want the work, what's the point in leading people on?
