Both expressed sincere apologies for the missed appointment and explained it was due to simple clerical error. I recently had the pleasure of receiving IV therapy in the comfort of my home while recovering from…read morea tough bout of the flu, and I can't express enough how fantastic the experience was! First and foremost, I found Laryssa through searching on yelp at 6:30 am desperately hoping I could find someone to help me that day (I assumed that was a long shot). She called me back at 7:00 am and was administering my IV by 9 am. I would never get an appointment that fast or get an IV in the ER. It was fantastic! The convenience of having the IV administered at home and not waiting 5-8 hours in an hospital ER, was a game-changer. Being able to stay in my comfy jammies while receiving treatment made the process feel incredibly cozy and stress-free. I didn't have to worry about getting dressed and heading out, which was a huge relief given how unwell I was feeling. I also didn't want my husband to sit in the ER waiting room and bring home another bug. Laryssa (RN) was incredibly professional, safe, warm and welcoming. It was like having a friend come take care of you! She took the time to explain the entire process, answer all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. As we talked about my symptoms she recalled me mentioning I had one of the medications in pill form and because I wasn't thinking straight (dehydration does that), she reminded me that I I didn't need to add that to my IV. That's how honest she is, she could have sold me more, but she is truly kind and made sure I was making the best choice for my situation. Her gentle approach really eased my anxiety, and before I knew it, the IV was in, and I was on my way to feeling better. I could immediately feel the benefits of the hydration and nutrients, and it was a wonderful boost during a challenging time. I truly appreciated being able to relax in my own space while receiving the care I needed so quickly. Overall, this experience exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone recovering from stomach bugs, preparing for surgery, after a long run or hard workout, or let's face it... to much of a good time the night before.

Very kind, loving and the best help with all Mom's needs. They've become a part of our family and I have nothing but good things to say about all of them. Mal is the person I communicate with for scheduling. She's always been kind, prompt with responding and understanding when I've had to make adjustments, which I've had to do many times.
