He sat down with us for nearly two and half hours. At the beginning my parents were not having it one bit, but by the end they were extremely excited about the service. The caregivers and the office staff were fantastic! They became family to my parents. They gave my parents the opportunity to have the best life possible for the last years of their life . After a month, he has now been discharged from physical therapy. When he first came home, it was difficult for him to get up from his chair. He has just gone back to work. He is probably going to be discharged by the nurse this week. The physical therapist was always on time to appointments and always called ahead. He was professional but, friendly, which made us comfortable having him in our home. He had the same therapist every time which was both efficient and helpful. On the nursing side, he did not always have the same nurse. In all fairness, we did call a couple of times, for help, so they sent whomever was available. All of the nurses were professional and helpful. Honestly, we are going to miss them.
