I believe our instructor's name was Hannah. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and encouraging. She brought great energy to the class and got everyone laughing and excited to paint! I love to paint and draw, I just don't have any real creative talent :) It was fun and easy to follow along and even find ways to make the painting your own. The studio itself had great vibes overall. I feel like the staff does a really good job of making the environment really fun and upbeat. There was fun music playing the whole time, which was really nice for painting and socializing. They had a decent selection of beverages, including wine, beer, cider, soda, and water. My boyfriend and I each got a glass of wine (I think they were $9 each), and then we ended up splitting a ginger ale later in the evening. We definitely got our money's worth with the wine, and it was really fun to be able to have a drink in hand while being an ~artist~. Overall, I had a really fun time during the class. I would recommend it to anyone and definitely want to return in the future.

However, it's worth it IMO! Weekends are busy and there's generally a wait. However, I opted to paint outside and got seated right away. They have a great selection of items to paint. I picked two jars. They have a variety of supplies that allowed me to bring my vision to life! The number of colors they have to select from is vast too. They have a wide range of brushes and tools, and I appreciated their two sizes of paint pen detail bottles--perfect for writing! Nicky was so helpful and accommodating. He reviewed how the pair a work and the process thoroughly but succinctly. He brought my chosen pieces out to the table since I had my dog with me. It is dog friendly outside! Not sure about inside. Check out was pretty seamless, and Erica did a great job with my checkout! The prices for the pieces are comparable to ones I saw at another similar establishment, which was good to see. We wished the tables were larger at the venue so we could actually have our supplies and wine glasses not toppling over but we've been to other venues with Corks and Canvas that were more spread out. I'd give the location (Live That Red tasting room) a 2 1/2 but the instructor and class were wonderful. We will definitely go to another event at a different location.

Recently attended an event night in a cute venue - Gard Tasting Room. I was extremely excited to…read moresee the set up, painting for the night and that glass pours were reasonably priced. We ordered a few snacks and they were tasty. Unfortunately this event ran late, we waited for one late person for 35 mins and then the whole night got pushed back. There was no offering of a hair dryer to speed up dry time and so we had to leave the event early unfinished. I wish the time allotted was more realistic.

The residents were excited about the art choice and thorough instruction by Jonathan. Tonight we had Jonathan back for the Drink and Draw and I was so pleasantly surprised at the amount of residents that showed up. We had to turn a few away as they dis not RSVP. Word is getting out around the community about Jonathan and our residents are loving him. He is flexible and open to input about the piece he chooses, which was wonderful as I wanted to do something Autumn themed for the season. Jonathan and Eileen are professional, prompt, very easy to communicate with, and an absolute joy to work with. We will have them back in February for a winter themed paint and sip!
