I knew they had the typical pottery painting classes but didn't realize how many different types of classes they offered here! We came with some friends to their felting class and had an amazing time. Yatzee was super sweet in helping the kids out and even allowed for one crafter to make her own creative design AND then gave her more supplies to take home to make the actual craft we did in class. Super thankful that they're not super strict with rules, etc so that it was comfortable for all in all of their creative processes. Classes can be pricey and for some reason the mobile version does not accept Apple Pay but otherwise a great experience and a new felter has been born! read more

First my daughter did have fun with the camp. She was sick for two days and I was disappointed they didn't offer make up days. They did include some make up projects and I was disappointed with the quality of the projects and how some of her clay things fell apart. Also, the customer service wasn't clear on the phone about pick up and I drove to pick up my daughters things and the person on the phone said I could only pick up her things after 2pm when I called on the road, I mentioned no one had said after 2pm. No apology from the staff member only attitude. Customer service I give a "2" . Quality of the projects a "3". The experience for my daughter a "5". read more

Summary: had to play phone tag and call/leave voicemails back and forth, employees had no idea what was going on, I disappeared/was removed from the waitlist with no warning or explanation, and I never heard back from them. ***Credit card submission is required for even signing up for class waitlists. This review only reflects my personal experience as management and procedures may have changed since the beginning of 2023*** Signed up for the pottery class' waitlist back in October and received a call a month-two months after, that a spot opened up and I was the next person in line on the waitlist. I called and left a message a day or two later as no one picked up, received a voicemail a few days after that telling me to call back, and so I called back that evening only for a different employee to answer and tell me that I was not on the waitlist and the employee who left me a voicemail was the manager who was out of office. He went to check with his coworker, I heard giggling for a few minutes, and then he came back to tell me to call again in a week when the manager was in before hanging up on me. Called back and left a message a week later, then another, but I never received a call back or email notification. It's been months and I never received an answer as to how I disappeared from/why I was removed from the waitlist. (I'm assuming they gave my spot up already to someone else, but a heads up would've been nice) My main reason of concern though aside from being ghosted, is that they required me to put down a credit card's information JUST to get on the waitlist. I canceled the card a few weeks later after checking that they did not still charge me, so my advice for others when asked to input card info to reserve anything/service is to use a debit card, lock that card, or use one you're not worried about freezing/canceling. Pros: * local community studio vibes Cons: * website is hard to navigate/poorly designed and glitchy * just to join a class waitlist you have to submit: your address, gender, insurance carrier, AND credit card info (wth???) * poor communication on staff's part * staff also seemed confused or to not know what was going on; conflicting information was being passed around to no resolution read more

I am always looking for places to take my toddlers to keep my house clean and the TV off. I rented a table for $15 on-line for one hour. My 3 year old and 5 year old had a blast. They both picked a ceramic off the shelf to paint (extra $) and then moved on to decorating ornaments. Each child decorated 3 using paint, sharpie, stickers, glitter glue, googly eyes and tinsel. The ornaments were included in the rental time. We used the whole hour and didn't have to clean up... the best part for a mom. We had the whole place to ourselves. I hope more families do stuff like this. read more

For my Birthday this Year I decided to have a few of my friends go to Redmond artworks for a pottery party with me. There were six of us all between age 55 and 70. Our instructor was Nathan and he was phenomenal. Many of my friends commented on how in his element he is there at Redmond Artworks using his Pottery talents to teach true novices how to throw some vessels. He was energetic and fun and very patient. Thank you for having an amazing place where people of any talent can come and enjoy and or learn the art of Ceramics. Thank you also for Nathan. Chelsea is a sweetheart! My daughter took ceramics classes for two years here. Chelsea is the owner and a former teacher so she knows how to work with kids. Her studio is full of creativity - everything from clay, painting, drawing, crafting, etc. We really enjoyed the studio. read more

Terrible customer service. Signed kids up for a class in July. )4 months ahead of time.) While on their website, I had a few different classes selected, and when I checked out one of the other classed was still clicked. I didn't notice until the end. Contacted the studio directly, remember...this is still FOUR MONTHS ahead of time...and asked them to refund the fee and remove the redundant class. Studio is REFUSING to refund the money! They are promising us studio credit, but not a refund. They state that this is their policy, however I reviewed the T&Cs on the website, and could not find any kind of details. This is one of our favorite places to be. I originally met Chelsea, the owner, when she volunteered in my daughters class at school. She was so organized, creative and wonderful with kids. She gives enough direction so kids know what to do but enough space to grow their creativity. The classes are my daughters highlight to her week. I am always blown away by the projects she comes home with. We did a party there and were so pleased that we have had friends book the same party for their kids. It's a party that both boys and girls have fun and it's incredibly easy for the parents. They even have really fun favors for all the kids. Love this place so much! A couple friends and I did a Resin class here. It was incredibly fun. Easy parking. Teachers were amazing, patient, super nice. They cleaned up all the mess for us. You can buy wine, cider, and non alcoholic drinks and snacks from their fridge and it was reasonably priced. Would recommend this place! read more

It's a pretty big studio tucked away in Redmond and it's close to the Redmond Town Center. I took my boyfriend here for valentine's day and he loved it! He has some background with sculpting clay so I figured he'd enjoy the class. The owner taught us how to throw clay and guided us every step of the way. She was so patient with us! We also learned how to sculpt a rose! We were free to sculpt anything we wanted though. It was definitely a fun class and my boyfriend and I can't wait to go back! This place rocks. It's a peaceful Place where adults and kids can make art in a supportive environment. The staff guides without pushing, letting people make what they like. My kids love their class because they get to make what they want and feel proud of their work. Some kids art classes insist that the finished product looks like the model - not here. Absolutely adorable place to bring your kids for Art lessons! My daughter goes there every week and she said that these lessons are always highlight of her week! There are lots of fun tools available for thrown or slab clay projects, and Chelsea or other knowledgeable staff are always around for assistance and advice. We tried the studio for a drop in hours. My daughter is eight and was absolutely enthralled with all of the choices. She was able to do clay, drawing,pairing , and pretty much any type of art project you could imagine. It was only $15 for unlimited supplies in an hour. Very very friendly staff.
