The space was clean, welcoming, and clearly set up with care and attention to detail. But what truly sets this place apart is Celest. Celest is a dog whisperer in every sense of the word. She took the time to get to know my dog, listened to all of my concerns, and made sure my pup was comfortable from start to finish. You can tell she truly loves what she does--and more importantly, the animals she works with. Hilary is an amazing dog whisperer. We adopted our little dog when her owner died. She is a barker, growler and tries to nip (even tho she has no teeth). She is also a mini sheltie on the top and mini corgi on her legs -- two hair types that make her a challenge to look uniformly trimmed. She always comes back immaculately groomed, nails clipped and Hil never lets on that our dog is anything but a joy. read more

i took my dog in for her first time with hillary. when i picked her up she seemed happy but she had some bood from a cut above her right eye. it wasn't a bad cut so i let it go. i booked her next appointment. i brought her in to hillary again. i came to pick her up and she was waiting for me at the gate. she wasn't able to open her eye and she had hair drooped over the eye. i questioned it and she said she was scratching her eye. it looked incomplete for her facial haircut. by the time i got home i called the vet and they said to bring her right in. the vet numbed her eye and said she had a gouge in her eye. she had to be on 4 eye drops, a cone and $875 later will have to see an eye specialist. read more

THE most adorable little shop that truly takes care of your dog or cat. I took my rottweiler here and they gave her the best spa day!! She smelled amazing and was quite happy when I picked her up. They sent her home with an adorable bandana, and I also got a lovely photo of her with a cute backdrop. You won't regret taking your pets here! read more

Dropped our two Shih Tsu puppies off at 10 AM. Was called at 2 and was told one was done and they were starting on number 2 . I drove down at 3:30 thinking they have to be done by now . I called from the parking lot and they still had not started on the second pup . It's now 4:40 and still no call . Ridiculous that the two pups are still here at 7 hours and still not done . We will be grooming elsewhere from now on . read more

I've taken my goldendoodle to the Paisley Pooch twice now, and I've been extremely impressed. First, my dog has looked amazing both times. They're very careful to do what you ask. Secondly, they're really fast! The establishment I used prior to this took 6-7 hrs on my dog. Paisley Pooch gets him done in 3-4 hrs typically. Overall, I'm very excited to have found this place. Passing through Spokane and decided my little pooch needed some "her" time. Stopped a coffee shop and asked waitress if she knew a trustworthy grooming shop that was reasonable. Was directed down the street to this place. No appointment, only a few reviews.. but it was close and convenient!! Oh my gosh, the place is shabby chic and I was greeted with smiles. I was pleased the first time I went there with my dog, but this last time was not so good. I took my dog in for a bath and nail trim and when I picked him up his nail had been cut to the quick and was bleeding. Unfortunately, I hadn't noticed until I got him home and discovered the blood all over the back seat of the car. I can understand a nail trip accident, but I can't get past the fact that no one mentioned it to me when I picked up my dog. It was not a small amount of blood and I ended up calling my Vet to get it controlled . Very disappointing and I won't be back. read more

I love this place! They have drop-in nail trimming! The employees are welcoming and my dogs love to drop-in.

Have no idea what type of cut was given to my dog but, it wasn't what I asked for while they are located in a great area for me at least I have taken 2 dogs there both smaller dogs they charged $35 a piece. I did 2 different appointments to give them a chance while one cut was much better then the other. I did not see consistency and when I questioned them about it I quote "we have plenty of customers who love us I do not need anymore business". So if you want to chance getting a great cut at a Mediocre price try them if not keep looking. I love my pets they are like my kids so I will be finding a groomer that cares. Rudest staff I have ever encountered and they do the same cut on almost all dogs. If they have 16 years experience it is combined when I asks how long the groomer who did my dogs hair had been grooming she said she was new to the field. read more
