Got flowers delivered for my birthday from a family member. The owner of the company was great and has amazing communication. I wasn't home and she texted me to make sure I would be home for the delivery. She was more than communicative and her driver waited for me to arrive home. He came back multiple times and despite me being stuck in traffic, he came back later at night once again to drop off the flowers on my special day. The flowers were gorgeous and I unfortunately was not able to get a picture before. They lasted well over a week and arrived beautifully kept. read more

This store is literally the cutest. I came here to pick up kits for a Yelp virtual event (paid for the kits myself) and it was like stepping into a beautiful place. The decor here is amazing. They mentioned that they were doing some construction but honestly it was gorgeous. I believe they are building out the space to hold classes there which will be amazing. The entire staff was so incredible knowledable. Honestly I could have spent all day there. The most beautiful plants. They had a bunch of Instagrammable spots too! I cannot believe I have been here in Vegas for 20 years and never new of Flora Couture until now and boy have I missed out. I was so excited to be part of a Yelp event with Flora Couture and had to go purchase my kit. What an amazing beautiful and stunning Design Studio! It was so nice to be embraced when walking in with so many hellos and smiles. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Everything is so beautiful. They have succulent gardens, live plants, planters, desiring ideas , cut flowers in fridge as well. This is one of those family own businesses that really embrace some love what they do and you can tell with how they care for there products and they treat there customers. My visit here really made me feel so special and made my day! So I signed up for an online succulent terrarium building event through Flora Couture. I bought 2 kits and put them together with little effort while enjoying the e-company of others. It was a lot of fun and the terrarium turned out awesome. When I went to Flora Couture to pick up the kits, I took a look around the store while they were preparing my kits. They had some great looking plants and they were reasonably priced as well. The store wasn't that big, so it made it easy to get custom tailored service. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful. I had my wedding at Angel Park Golf Club and they provide package deals with preferred vendors. Flora Couture is their preferred floral vendor and I was VERY pleased. They called and discussed my expectations of the wedding. They explained exactly what is included in the wedding package, and what I will have to pay extra for so that I am fully aware of what I should expect on my wedding day. No surprises. They asked if I had a Pinterest they can reference for inspiration. I sent photos of what I wanted and they let me know what they can do based on my budget. I initially worked with l lady named Rachel, she ended up leaving, and I was introduced to Stacy. Stacy quickly picked up where Rachel left off. Communication was easy and seamless! Overall, I was very pleased with the ordering process and the flowers came out better than I expected! They also send photos once the flower arrangements have been made, so you are aware of what they will look life before the day of the event. The place is it's own little paradise hidden in an industrial warehouse area not viewable to public traffic. They have almost anything you want to order from flower arrangements to exotic plants. Inside looks like an arts and craft set up where you can visualize the type of style or decor you intend for your home or business. Thanks to yelp, I was invited to partake in an online virtual workshop with these guys for a step by step tutorial on how to arrange my very own succulent garden. They provided a 50% off package of goodies to arrange my garden with stones, sand, bark, soil, and even gemstones. The vase item looks like a modern round fish bowl cut in half diagonally to showcase the plants. Because of covid and stuck at home, I was glad to see everyone through zoom and still socially interact in this fun event we all participated in. Everyone had they're own unique touches to their garden they wanted to display. Unfortunately to technical difficulties on my end with my laptop, my camera wasn't able to work but I was able to see everyone else. For future reference, when you plan on doing video conference calls, always check you settings ahead of time so that you are prepared 100%. The FC flowers arrived looking bedraggled but I was hoping they would perk up with water. No such luck. The other flowers still look gorgeous 5 days later, 5/23. . The FC flowers are almost dead.
