I placed my order mid-morning having easily navigated their website and made my selection. I appreciated the ease of the website, and the follow-up emails they sent with receipts and such. Imagine my surprise when I received a notification just over an hour later that the order had been delivered! Truly the fastest flower service I think I have ever experienced! The friend texted me that they were absolutely beautiful. Given this experience, I would not only recommend them but will definitely use them for future floral needs.

I don't know much about flowers besides that they are pretty, smell good and they do wonders for any room. But let me tell you why I always go to Gaia. Initially, it was convenience. Then I met the owners and their family, all of whom are just pure wonderful. But THEN.... my partner's Gramma who we bought an arrangement for, just would not stop going on and on about how it was THEE most beautiful arrangement she had ever seen in her life, and she wouldn't even throw it out months later. Then, later, my own Father did the exact same thing. He could not stop praising the Gaia arrangement that we brought him. And then there is more! Gaia specializes in "eco flowers" or in other words flowers that grown using sustainable methods. [as it turns out, most flowers are not grown and solicited in ways that do not harm the environment or even the people who work in the industry] So it's a triple threat! A great family who provide a superlative product that is also guilt-free! And of course they conveniently located right in the center of the city. Main St/ Charleston. read more

I am from Arizona, but was married in Vegas last Saturday. Per a friend, I was pointed in the direction of Gaia Flowers, and I have to say that the flowers were not only perfect, but absolutely beautiful! Gary was wonderful to work with over the phone and made sure to add just the right touches to the bridal bouquet, wedding party mini bouquets and all of the men's boutonnieres. Everyone loved the green aspect of the arrangements and the fact that each piece was a 100% sustainable and made with local pieces. I have amazing photos taken of each piece and will cherish them forever! I also want to point out that, because I am from out of town, Gary and Gaia Flowers hand-delivered our arrangements to our hotel room at the Palazzo so that we could simply go straight to our wedding with no fuss about stopping by the shop. Truly Unique! My wife had a business trip in Vegas that lasted 2 weeks and into the 2nd week she was really wanting to come home to be with our two boys so I wanted to do something special for her. I had been searching through various flower shops online but everything looked the same. I got to Gaias' website and noticed they had a more unique selection but I still wasn't satisfied...I wanted something different! I called the shop directly to ask them to make something special for HER and they definitely lived up to my expectations. Most importantly....my wife was very happy and surprised! Gaia Flowers was the florist for my wedding at Floyd Lamb park in Las Vegas. I had them build an arch for the ceremony. They used a macrame hangar I provided and built the most beautiful floral arch for my ceremony. I was able to meet with their team at their shop to plan which flowers I wanted included. Even though I don't know much about floral, I was able to pick the flowers that I like from the fridge of options. I showed the Gaia team photos from Pinterest of other archways that I liked and they were to create my dream backdrop for the wedding! They showed up early and set everything up! I highly recommend them for your event, wedding or for flowers for a loved one. read more

I called the shop, not to request a refund, but simply to let them know that the flowers did not hold up and to suggest they look into the quality of their flowers or supplier. Unfortunately, the employee I spoke with was extremely rude, seemed uninterested in helping, and ended the call by hanging up on me. I have ordered flowers before and understand that fresh flowers can vary, but the poor quality combined with the dismissive customer service was very disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not order from Mia's Flowers again and would NOT recommend them.
