For $7 car wash it wasn't a bad deal. We went through the Palms car wash because they were running a special. I think we paid seven dollars total and pulling up to the car wash. They scrubbed both the front in the back of the car before entering the car wash. I thought I did a pretty good job but The car did come out soaking wet. We went over to the vacuums was able to try the car off and clean up most of the inside of it. I feel like for the price nowadays it wasn't a bad car wash. read more

Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy waiting in line for 2 hours while 10 other cars get done before yours because they can't do a simple thing like prioritizing the times people enter. Then when you ask why it is taking so long, I was told because one of the guys don't speak English. I was paying over $60 a Month for their monthly plan and wasting a half day getting my car done. I have not got a car wash in forever and wanted to find a place where they clean the interior and its not self service. I knew of this car wash but same on me for not coming here sooner. I purchased the Great White Ultimate Full Service wash which was $30 and I believe it was worth it. They take a decent amount of time cleaning the interior of the car and do an amazing job. The gentleman offered me free air fresheners of my choice and also was kind enough to give me a small christmas tree for free lol. If you need a good outside/inside wash then come here and be prepared to wait around for about 30 minutes from the time you arrive until you leave but it is worth the time and money. I also tipped the individual and I suggest everyone do the same as they take their time and work very hard cleaning the vehicles. read more

I purchased the The Great White Full Service, + hand tire cleaning and shine+ some sort of shine coat for my car. I failed to check the interiors of my car prior to leaving the car wash, when I got home I noticed the back seats still had dog hair, so although the package included vacuuming the car, they definitely skipped the rear seats. I paid over $40 and although I will still go back to the car wash I wouldn't purchase anything over the $18 car wash. read more

They did a really good job to clean my car inside and out, but I was literally there an hour and a half waiting. There was a long line of cars before mine but I did not expect to be there that long. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Took my car in for a wash about 2 months ago. I followed the rules however the car in front of me took their car out of neutral and drove off track AND this shop does not have safety detections in place to shut off the carwash, in the event a car goes off track, to avoid an accident. My car proceeded to ram the back of the car in front of me multiple times as my car was under the control of the tracks while in neutral. The Owners son/ manager showed no empathy, the shop took no accountability- only provided the video which was not very clear and advised I pursue the car in front's insurance. The manager would not allow me to speak to the owner, who I have tried to contact and have not heard from to date. I tell EVERYONE I know about this incident. I will NEVER go again. read more

Great service but not speed. I got the $30 Great White wash with the full service on my 2025 Tacoma and it came out perfect it's just I was there for almost 2 hours from the point where I arrived to when they were finished and when I left. I'm in the wash business myself so I understand If a vehicle is more dirtier than it was realized. Also with picky customers as well. The wait time didn't really matter to me because I was not on a time limit. I will say the line getting out of order is annoying because 2 cars got started before me but right as the second one was getting started they checked my receipt to see who got there first then they prioritized me after that. I will add on to that I wish there was an option to pass on the tire shine because all it does is sling down the side of my truck making it dirty again. All these 1 and 2 stars are from inconsiderate and impatient people. Their job may seem easy but I know it's not. But for $30 I don't see how anyone can actually have a problem with it and if they do they should go spend $200 on a "professional" detail that would take 3 hours minimum. read more

Waited for 50 minutes and they still hadn't started to clean the interior of my car. There were only two cars there before me.

We went in to get a wash this afternoon. After I paid $38 my truck came back to me with water spots all over the windshield. I was told they couldn't get them off, young man said the towels weren't made for that. He called for another guy, (assuming a manager) who told me that for $20 they would use a special chemical to get the spots off. Once I get into the vehicle I notice that there is still dust and dirt everywhere, it appears the didn't wipe anything. $38 is entirely too much for not cleaning inside and adding water spots to upsale! Best car wash in Wesley Chapel! The others in the area are way overpriced and don't do the "extras" that this place does. I love that they have a spot before you prepay to scrub down your windshield and hood if you have love bug guts like I did all over to ensure it all comes off during the wash. I typically get the Sand Shark wash which included the foam, tire shine, wheel cleaner and paint sealant all for $10. Amazing! read more

After reading the 2019 & 2020 reviews, almost all are NEGATIVE & MAY demonstrate unprofessionalism on the part of the female manager. This perhaps explains why the young employees looked so unhappy today. This car wash business is large & the property it sits on is FASCINATING. (I took 117 pics.) At this time, the lot is cleverly decorated for Halloween. Every Fri & Sat night @ 6 PM in October, the car wash transforms into a haunted house. (See the flyer pic for more info.) Pay for a car wash-- expect to receive candy & see costumes & decorations. According to an employee, last weekend the police were called. (Apparently, it was a little too frightening for a patron:) From the shark that appears embedded in the roof of the business to the straw umbrellas & colorful & comfortable wooden beach chairs ...& the psychedelic lighting that will travel w/ you through the automated wash, this is actually an INTERESTING place to hang while the mostly emotionless crew is servicing your vehicle. (Due to county policy, all staff is masked.) Upon entering, just drive up to one of the two kiosks & select the service you want. Prices range from $10 to $34.95. However, currently there's a $99 detail package that includes upholstery cleaning, along w/ a $29 & a $59 unlimited monthly pass. There are also add-on car wash services that range from $3 to $18. Credit & debit are accepted. (I spent $39.95.) Once your colorful automated wash is complete, you'll be able to view the crew cleaning the interior of your vehicle & wiping down the exterior. Sit outside while you wait or walk inside the small shop to purchase drinks, sunglasses, snacks, candy, souvenirs, & even a genuine gator head that is priced slightly over $100. (I could not stay inside long; the clutter & disorder were overwhelming-- see pics.) Within the spacious lot is a large, two-sided island of self-serve vacuums. See the pics of the many signs to learn of all the services on site. (I do recall headlight restoration, light scratch removal, & Love Bug removal.) I had too many issues today that are a bit CONCERNING: (1) The young man near the kiosks was fast & brusque in tone; he apparently was worried about me damaging my side mirror. He told me how the business had been sued, and should I damage my side mirror the company will not pay. He toned it down only AFTER I asked if I could take pics for Yelp:-) (2) A second issue occurred when I was told my vehicle was ready to leave the lot even though I could clearly see two large areas on the front where lovebug residuals were present; if I could see them, staff should have. I had to request the areas be re-cleaned. (Without emotion or conversation, a slightly older black male corrected the problem immediately; he did a good job.) (3) I was happy UNTIL I arrived home & noticed heavy dirt & grime around my gear selector. This was AFTER I had previously checked the area & specifically asked the silent young woman to re-clean the gear area-- which it's clear she did not do. (See pic.) (4) While in front of my home cleaning the gear selector, I inspected the areas under the front seats; the carpeting had not been vacuumed. I located way too much dirt & crumbs, along w/ a pair of sunglasses & a very nice, antique musical pin that I had misplaced last March. I couldn't believe the amount of crap I found under the front seats. I didn't have the desire to see if the underneath area of the back seats had been cleaned. Thankfully, none of my complaints rise to the level of SEVERAL past patrons who left EXTREMELY negative reviews. I'm happy that I went here prior to reading about all the mechanical issues that resulted in vehicle damage, damage supposedly not covered by this business. The problems I experienced are due to MANAGEMENT; not only was the interior & exterior work sloppy, but only one of the 5 staff members I spoke w/ today was friendly. (The tall, slender Caucasian guy wearing long boots was very nice-- Thank You.) My advice to future patrons who choose to patronize this car wash is to NOT expect friendly service & TO CHECK EVERY ASPECT of your vehicle prior to driving away. Had I done that, I would have had a more positive experience & the review rating would have been higher. FYI: In the near future, a new full service car wash (Top Edge) is slated to open nearby on Hwy 54 behind Chick-Fil-A. No opening date has been announced. We bought the full service (inside and out) wash for $30. We went through the wash tunnel and got in line for the interior clean. There are two lines that can each handle 3 cars each. We were the 4th car in our line. After sitting there for 45 minutes and watching the worker wipe the same stuff on the car in front of us and the same thing happening in the car in front of that for over 30 minutes, my husband got out to ask what the hold up was. We were told that the car in the front of the line was super dirty. Now I appreciate wanting everyone to leave with a clean car no matter how dirty it comes in. However, there were several ways to handle this without making other customers suffer. First, move the two workers who already finished cleaning their cars to help clean the super dirty car. Second, move the super dirty car over to one of the DIY cleaning stations to finish cleaning it over there, so the line kept moving (even if you could only clean 2 cars at a time it would be better than nothing moving). Third, direct traffic so people sitting in the line where the super dirty car is can move over to the line that is moving (taking cars in the order they arrived). There were several options available to take care of all the customers, but they chose to do nothing to mitigate the wait. When we were closing in on an hour of waiting, we moved our car over to the DIY station to clean it ourselves which was a total rip off! The same man that told us the problem was the super dirty car came over to help us clean the interior of our car. He was very nice and eas trying to make it right, but at that point the damage was done and we had lost an hour just sitting and waiting. He gave us a complimentary coupon to come back and try it again, but after this experience, I'm not sure I want to try it again even if it is free. My husband will probably bring the car back to give them another chance, but you only get one chance to make a first impression, and their first for us was not good. They need to start managing this place better, and consider ALL of their customers read more

I was not helped, and I would probably still be waiting for another 30 minutes if I didn't leave; the outside of my car was still filthy after going through the car wash. They damaged my car and refused to do anything about it. The manger wouldn't check the cameras or the wash for the piece that broke off. Super unprofessional and expected me to drive away and take their word for it that "they will check the cameras". The manager Diane was very rude and would refused to help in any way, getting mad at me when I wouldn't just drive away and take their word for it. She refused to give me a card, or even a mangers (her) name until an officer had to intervene. I've been coming here for over 4 years and never again. Today I paid for the total car wash where they completely detail the inside of your car as well. It was $32. The guy who finished detailing my car did well but he was not the guy who started detailing it. When I went to get into my car, I noticed that I was missing all of my weather floor mats. I let their manager know and they could not find them anywhere. They had taken out my mats, cleaned them, and put them back into someone else's car. So now I have no floor mats. When I asked they tried to give me someone else's mats. One of their employees (the man who had started detailing my car) was not happy when I went to check if my trunk one was there and found it was not. He stood in front of me at one point and stated that he already checked. I very much got the impression that he did not want me to notice that I was missing the trunk mat as well. Very disappointed. The manager then called me and lied saying he reviewed the cameras and all my mats were returned to my car. I am not an idiot. I know my mats did not grow legs and walk away. Either my all weather mats got put into someone else's vehicle or the staff are stealing them. I don't know what he is doing with the mats but it's ridiculous I went in there with a full set of all weather mats and then had to buy a new set due to their employees stealing them. read more
