I suppose the car is clean. However, the Dryer did not engage from my car and there was no one to talk to. So basically a waste of $20. As it will be water marks everywhere. Oh well now I know. And based on the reviews, my experience is far from unique. The good thing is there are many alternatives nearby. read more

They damaged my car and refused to pay for it. A claim was put into their website and after 3 months of waiting/being told they are looking it over, NOTHING was done. read more

Been trying to cancel and my money back for two months . Went and tried to cancel online ,emailed ,call left message several times. With absolutely no response from anyone. Had to cancel my card and file a dispute. Hell of a way to run a business. Don't give them your card. read more

How many car washes and storage centers are in Wesley Chapel, FL? Seriously another one. Okay!! Well, we went twice here for both of our cars and they are nice and helpful. It is squished in the back section behind Walgreens and Wawa off 54 and Bruce B Downs. This area is already cramped because besides these two businesses, Chic Fil A is pretty happening as well. This is right off 75 and it's def a main intersection. In case you are not aware, this place may not pop out at you but you will find it out behind the Walgreens and Wawa. Sad but true, this is also the sewage smell area. Just warning you for when you are ready to vacuum your car, you may smell it and it's not pretty. Just don't know why they had to squish this business here. This car wash is fine. I didn't use additional amenities like vacuuming and all the stuff with it. One thing I do miss and hope to see is some type of pre wash for love bugs and I also didn't see the guys pre brushing our cars before we got into the drive through. Go check out my pic so you can get your free car before it's over. It's nice to go to these car washes when they are brand spanking new. read more

Top Edge is a great place to stop and get your carwash. I am new to the Wesley chapel area and have been trying new car washes and this one was quite impressive. 1.Gave me a free first car wash no hesitation no problem. Really great customer service. 2. Plays fun/ pop music. Really enjoyed not having to blast my car music. 3. Provided great carpet cleaners, great vacuums, great customer service. Improve. 1. Seems very basic. Maybe add some extra accessories or marketing photos to grab attention to compete with other car washes. read more

Lots of car cleaning services provided, much more than others (strong vacuums, mat cleaners, air to get those small cracks, tire pressure, towels ) nice workers as well read more

Horrible. They scratched the hood of my car and of course I noticed it too late when I got home. Warning don't forget to do a walk through around you car before you ever leave a car wash. On top of that the car did not even come out clean and I used their diamond tier car wash. read more

On Feb 23 my BMW X3 was damaged by this wash. The gas panel was opened by the mechanical brushed and ripped off the entire gas panel. The manager immediately approached me and documented the damages. Video footage was reviewed and the manager stated the panel was not open when I entered the wash and that the business was responsible. My husband submitted the repair estimate for nearly $1300 but we have not been contacted by the owner. My husband has returned weekly for over a month, requesting to be contacted. read more

Do not go here. The worker who runs the machine and takes your order has harassed my wife 3x in a row trying to aggressively upsell the washes and get her to sign up for the monthly membership. Horrible customer service. Nobody wants to be degraded for choosing an inexpensive option. There are many more options on 54 so we will be taking our business elsewhere. read more

Sub par at best.. will not go back. Didn't clean tires, missed spots. And the attendant said my tap to pay from phone didn't work so used different form of payment and was charged twice. Will definitely never be back!!! read more

On March 6, 2025, my BMW X3 was damaged during the car wash. The mechanical brush opened the gas panel and ripped it off completely. The manager approached me right away to document the damages. He reviewed the video footage, and the manager confirmed that the gas panel was closed when I entered the wash. He mentioned that the business would contact me regarding this issue, but I haven't heard from anyone to date. I've tried calling multiple times but cannot reach anyone44 read more

Thank goodness this place hired a new manager! I can tell that Will isn't just there to do a job and that he cares about his work. He's a family man and knows a lot about car care and shares his info freely. And it helps that he's funny lol! Glad they're hiring quality people in the community! read more

Management never gets back with you about problems that their washing machine caused your car example when it ripped off my wiper blades, they claimed no responsibility at all. read more

This place has terribly gone downhill. Half the time there is at least something that isn't working in the car wash, so instead of it washing and drying your car, it leaves a lot of water and areas on your car that you have to dry or wipe off soapy residue. The tire shine rarely works too. This place was great when it opened, but no longer. Can't wait for the car wash to open in the Epperson/Watergrass area so we can switch. read more

I was a little nervous, I haven't driven through a car wash in about 20 years since I lived in Jersey. The car washes down here, usually send the car in without a human. I also have never vacuumed my car myself at a car wash, I only ever been to car washes that vacuum for you. Derek was very pleasant and super sweet and put me at ease! All of the staff were very kind. The free vacuum station wasn't as complicated as I thought it would be and I actually had fun using all the tools to clean out my car. I am definitely coming back and maybe putting a membership on my Christmas List this year! Thank you Top Edge!! read more

great car wash because the Asst Manager Hector. He takes the time to explain the use of the mat cleaner and checks in to make sure all is well. I will be coming back for all my car washes. read more

Went in for a wash and was a little nervous in the washing machine as it was a little rough but ended up being fine and got most of the bugs off my car. While vacuuming, I was approached by Josh, who gave me an air freshener and offered to power wash my floor mats. I thought it'd take a while and my mats would come back soaked but he assured me that'd it'd just take a few minutes and he delivered on his promise. My mats are clean and dry and the whole car is well cleaned for about $18 which isn't too bad a price for the value. read more

I just wanted a regular car wash on a Sunday morning nothing else. Then the service worker said I have a good deal today for about $5 car wash using my credit card. Nothing said about membership fee monthly. After about two 2 months, To edge car wash charged me about $45 for joining membership on my credit card without my authorization. Please be as clear as possible on conducting your business. Words get out quickly and customers takes notes. Good day. read more

Spots all over my black SUV, I bought a wash for $10.00 the cheapest one. Then had to put in another .70 for tax and the worker told me I would have to go up front to get my .30 change. Horrible customer service and the attending employee was very discriminatory towards me

Avoid this place like the plague. Staff is rude and insulting. They have no clue how to accommodate an EV. Good luck trying to find a clean towel. Wheels covered in grease after exiting wash. Place is shoe-horned behind 3 busy businesses. Traffic is a nightmare. It may take you 3 sequences of the traffic light to get back onto Rte 54. read more
