How many car washes and storage centers are in Wesley Chapel, FL? Seriously another one. Okay!! Well, we went twice here for both of our cars and they are nice and helpful. It is squished in the back section behind Walgreens and Wawa off 54 and Bruce B Downs. This area is already cramped because besides these two businesses, Chic Fil A is pretty happening as well. This is right off 75 and it's def a main intersection. In case you are not aware, this place may not pop out at you but you will find it out behind the Walgreens and Wawa. Sad but true, this is also the sewage smell area. Just warning you for when you are ready to vacuum your car, you may smell it and it's not pretty. Just don't know why they had to squish this business here. This car wash is fine. I didn't use additional amenities like vacuuming and all the stuff with it. One thing I do miss and hope to see is some type of pre wash for love bugs and I also didn't see the guys pre brushing our cars before we got into the drive through. I am new to the Wesley chapel area and have been trying new car washes and this one was quite impressive. 1.Gave me a free first car wash no hesitation no problem. Really great customer service. 2. Plays fun/ pop music. Really enjoyed not having to blast my car music. 3. Provided great carpet cleaners, great vacuums, great customer service. Improve. 1. Seems very basic. Maybe add some extra accessories or marketing photos to grab attention to compete with other car washes. read more

Horrible. They scratched the hood of my car and of course I noticed it too late when I got home. Warning don't forget to do a walk through around you car before you ever leave a car wash. On top of that the car did not even come out clean and I used their diamond tier car wash. read more

On Feb 23 my BMW X3 was damaged by this wash. The gas panel was opened by the mechanical brushed and ripped off the entire gas panel. The manager immediately approached me and documented the damages. Video footage was reviewed and the manager stated the panel was not open when I entered the wash and that the business was responsible. My husband submitted the repair estimate for nearly $1300 but we have not been contacted by the owner. My husband has returned weekly for over a month, requesting to be contacted. read more

Do not go here. The worker who runs the machine and takes your order has harassed my wife 3x in a row trying to aggressively upsell the washes and get her to sign up for the monthly membership. Horrible customer service. Nobody wants to be degraded for choosing an inexpensive option. There are many more options on 54 so we will be taking our business elsewhere. read more

On March 6, 2025, my BMW X3 was damaged during the car wash. The mechanical brush opened the gas panel and ripped it off completely. The manager approached me right away to document the damages. He reviewed the video footage, and the manager confirmed that the gas panel was closed when I entered the wash. This place has terribly gone downhill. Half the time there is at least something that isn't working in the car wash, so instead of it washing and drying your car, it leaves a lot of water and areas on your car that you have to dry or wipe off soapy residue. The tire shine rarely works too. This place was great when it opened, but no longer. Can't wait for the car wash to open in the Epperson/Watergrass area so we can switch. read more

I was a little nervous, I haven't driven through a car wash in about 20 years since I lived in Jersey. The car washes down here, usually send the car in without a human. I also have never vacuumed my car myself at a car wash, I only ever been to car washes that vacuum for you. Derek was very pleasant and super sweet and put me at ease! All of the staff were very kind. The free vacuum station wasn't as complicated as I thought it would be and I actually had fun using all the tools to clean out my car. Went in for a wash and was a little nervous in the washing machine as it was a little rough but ended up being fine and got most of the bugs off my car. While vacuuming, I was approached by Josh, who gave me an air freshener and offered to power wash my floor mats. I thought it'd take a while and my mats would come back soaked but he assured me that'd it'd just take a few minutes and he delivered on his promise. Nothing said about membership fee monthly. After about two 2 months, To edge car wash charged me about $45 for joining membership on my credit card without my authorization.
