This honestly alone will have me stay here again. My room had a little air purifier, microwave, iron, sound machine and mini fridge, as well as snacks ( that you don't have to pay extra for). I was on first floor and you can hear the people walking around upstairs, they supply the room with air plugs. I heard them through my stay of 4 days, but overall it wasn't enough that I wouldn't come back. Great location, clean, comfortable room, and great host. I couldn't get my phone to do the virtual key, so Check-in took a little longer, but host helped me with 20 minutes and I was in. Parking right in front is limited, but was able to find one across the street when it was full. There is also access at the coffee shop, but I never had to use it. Overall if you want a walkable part of town to restaurants, shops, ice cream and more this is a great location.

Location is walking distance to the theater district and federal courthouse. The room had everything I needed and seemed up-to-date and clean. The elevator floor was a bit shabby, but that was the only thing that didn't seem up to snuff. I ate dinner at the bar twice and was very impressed by the food. One night I had the cavatappi and cheese, with added chicken, and it was enough for a meal and a half. The next day, I had the Caesar salad with chicken and although the salad had too much dressing on it, it was otherwise great. The chicken was really excellent both nights. A large freshly and perfectly cooked chicken breast. I'd order the chicken just by itself, but that wasn't an option. I liked the breakfast buffet as well. For the fixed price (or sometimes included in the room rate) you can graze at the buffet plus order one of three to-order items. One day I just had the buffet. The other day, I ordered the scrambled egg plate, and I have to say, they were the tastiest hotel scrambled eggs I've ever had (as opposed to the rubbery flavorless ones one typically finds). Whoever is leading the culture here is doing it right by focusing on the little things that matter; the vibe here is palpable. The staff seemed happy to anticipate our every need, including the slippers we asked for last minute! Opportunities to Enhance: A couple of suggestions for perfection. It would be great to enhance the bar offerings at both the poolside and the extensive 10th-floor lounge area. That 10th-floor space is so expansive--with a pool table, TV lounge, and seating--it could be even greater with some good, lively music and dedicated bar service up there to solidify that "drinking spot" vibe. She was SOOOO easy to deal with and reserved us the apartment, but didn't charge us until we knew for sure we were staying. I ended up being there for 8 weeks after originally thinking it would be only 5. Now, just to be honest, this is not the most updated property. Furnishings were good, but dated. However, the BEDS were AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE. Both my sister and I said their mattresses were MORE comfortable than our home mattresses. SOOO COMFORTABLE!!!!!! Wifi was not perfect, but was good enough for me to do work and also stream Hulu. I just went to a Best Buy and for about $10 got a Roku stick to put in the TV and I got HULU no problem. I would DEFINITELY stay here again. The Kitchen was clean and the Fridge was nice and BIG and CLEAN! You might want to buy your own specialty items if you like (like I got my own electric tea kettle and my sister had a coffee maker that she was particular about) but other than that, all dishes, towels etc... included.
