The last dot of my trip here my kids wanted to go to the pool one last time. So we focused on getting the RV packed up then went up to the front parking area to checkout while the kids went swimming. Literally no one else in the pool this time in the morning. After about 5 min this angry "Karen" from the office comes out yelling at us saying we're no longer guests and need to leave since we checked out. She said she'd be nice and give us 15 min to leave. Mind you it's not even checkout time yet I didn't have to tell them anything. On top of that what's 2 kids getting one last swim in as their vacation ends harming that you need to come out and literally yell at us?

All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful, especially a huge 'Shout Out' to Alicia and Theresa. Theresa helped us on making changes on our reservation before we arrived. We are planning to stay for 2 months and she was able to secure us in only 2 sites within such a long period of time. And I have to say Alicia 'rocks'! She is very knowledgable, super friendly, nice and helpful. She is the Go-to person in the office. She is awesome! I asked to borrow an outdoor broom, she called maintenance and had it delivered to my site! How nice was that!!! :) As for the campground, it is very clean and I love that they have gravels and grass. We have stayed at a few other KOAs and most of them have dirt ground. I am grateful that I don't have to wipe my dog's paws every time he climbs back in the trailer. The site maybe a little small if you have a bigger rig. As for us, it is perfect. I see a lot of guys maintaining the campground. I think they are doing a great job! Bathroom/Shower is clean and water pressure of the shower is great. There is No negative experience for us and I am very happy that we found this campground.

I recently took the MSF Basic Rider Course with Rider Education of New Jersey and received my…read moremotorcycle M endorsement. I did not just want to go out and buy a motorcycle having very little experience and not knowing what I liked in a bike. I did a search on Google and found this company which is now known as Redline Rentals, LLC. They are actually the only company in the area that rents sportbikes. The entire process is simple, the prices are good, and the staff are very friendly. Kevin makes the rental process simple, you fill out a form, go over the features and condition of the bike and are ready to ride in minutes. They are located in an area of central NJ right off exit 7 on the turnpike which is in my opinion the perfect place to ride, especially for a beginner as you are not dealing with lots of traffic, traffic lights, etc. The first time I rented, I used their guide service and Pierce was great. He understood my skill level and took me on some very nice back roads where I could build my skills and confidence. So far, I have rented from Redline a total of five times. Their Ninja 250 is a perfect starter bike, and I rented that three times. More recently, now that I have more experience, I moved up to their Yamaha FZ6. Their bikes are in great condition mechanically, I did not have a single issue in the 800+ miles I rode. They also offer plenty of options for more experienced riders, all the way up to supersports like CBR600RR, ZX6R, GSXR-1000, Ducati 1198, Aprilia RSV4, and others. I will probably buy a bike of my own in the spring, but I am really glad that I rented as I got to experience different bikes and learn what I personally want in a bike. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this great family run business to anyone, whether you are just starting out, are vacationing in the NJ area, or just want to try a different bike for a day or before you buy it.

On two separate occasions, we encountered one of your morning shift employees who was not only rude to us but also to other guests. Yesterday, when we asked about the cost of the washer machines, she responded dismissively, mumbling that she had "no idea," all while eating her food in front of customers. This morning, we again experienced the same unprofessional and discourteous behavior with threats of returning mail rather than explain KOA policy regarding mail delivery. As a successful business owner myself, I often remind my team that if we don't take care of our customers, someone else will. Unfortunately, this employee's attitude and demeanor are the kind that competitors love to hear about -- the kind that can drive loyal customers away. She appears visibly bothered the moment guests walk in, creating an unwelcoming first impression. I can't imagine we are the only guests who have experienced this.. I have to say, this experience was nothing short of spectacular. We booked the trip to attend a wedding in the family, and they did a beautiful job of hosting the wedding at the resort. Everything was very well put together, the bartenders were extremely attentive and kind, and they didn't miss a single detail. They treated our whole group very well. We were there for four days, and we enjoyed many of the amenities at the resort. We loved the lazy river, and all of the pools available to the guests. My partner loved the karaoke night and really enjoyed all of the nightlife activities. The food was out of this world, and I will include some photos from the delicious meals that we've had. All of the food was very fresh, and I loved that they had stations at the buffet where you could get customized meals; we ended up doing a lot of the custom Pasta and steak combos. We loved that they had a ton of different types of food and they had food for a variety of dietary restrictions which allowed all of our group to be able to enjoy meals together at the resort. We were mind blown that all of the drinks were included in the package, and definitely got our fill on all of the different cocktails! The bartenders were very knowledgable and we were even able to request some specialty drinks that they hadn't heard of before, which they made very well even without much guidance! We did room service a couple of the nights that we were there, and every time, the person who delivered our food made extra effort to make sure that we had everything we needed and would come into the room to set the food up just right. Our entire stay was above and beyond our expectations from the moment we arrived until the moment…read morewe left.  Emanuel (Manny) our preferred club butler and Tatianna from management, along with a number of other workers in the preferred club check-in area, greeted us so warmly and were so welcoming to our service animal that we travel with.  Manny's communication with us every day was outstanding, always helping to make sure we had everything we needed for ourselves and for our service animal, and we had only positive experiences securing spots at restaurants and elsewhere on property with his help.  Housekeeping not only provided the dog amenities in our room, but also provided several other magical touches to make our stay and our service animal's stay the very best.  We were very pleased with the daily room cleaning and turn-down services.  One day we had a cabana on the beach, and the staff, especially Ranchy, were so accommodating and wonderful.  We knew Hyatts were all dog-friendly, but we were really touched how accommodating this property was, including restaurants who made space for her to join us at certain meals.  Food from all of the clubs, cafes, and restaurants across property was excellent.  Servers were all very kind and engaging.  Sandra at Riviera gave us and our service animal such a warm welcome, by name, every morning when we arrived to breakfast. Tatinana also looked after us throughout our stay and would pop by many of our dinners to say hello, talk about the day and make sure we had everything we needed.  A highlight of the property for us was the cabanas along the lazy river pool.  This area of the resort is truly a standout feature - the perfect mix of peace/relaxation and also socialization as other guests pass by on the river.  So many staff on property made an effort to learn our names and our service animal's name, which really put smiles on our faces.  We can't say enough great things about this property and would definitely consider returning.  Also we want to note how comfortable we felt as LGBT guests at the property - all of the staff made us feel right at home at all times. Food/bev add'l review As stated earlier, we were extremely pleased with the quality and amount of food available at all locations on property.  We were also extremely touched by the custom dog cake that the culinary staff created for our service animal's birthday.  It really surpassed our expectations.  Also Tatinana and the culinary staff went out of their way to ensure blueberries were offered to us and our service animal, which we know are not always readily available - but they knew it was one of her favorite foods and made us all so happy for our week away from home.
