They do an incredible job on my two spaniels' haircuts--easily the best cuts they've ever had. With spaniels, regular grooming is a must, and I've tried several places before finding C & S. I'm completely heartbroken. I sent my baby O'Kland here for the FIRST TIME and the LAST TIME. She…read morehas bald spots everywhere. The hair is completely uneven all over her body. My daughter dropped her off before 10:00 am we hadn't received a call or and update so my daughter called 3:38 at that time she was told that they havent gotten to my puppy yet, they had a lot of dogs. Now pay attention to the time my daughter received a return call saying that she's ready at 3:51 ... Not even 30 mins later. The appointment was for a full groom service from head to toe. I know it should have at least taken and hour. The whole haircut is choppy, and so far. I've counted at least 5 bald spots. I'm not one to bash anyone's business. Because that's a person's livelihood, but she's very unprofessional. She was not understanding and she was defensive and had an excuse about everything and why her grooming looks the way that it does. After about 20 mins of going back and forth with no apologies just excuses I finally said I will never bring her back and have a blessed day. My 2 Bichons needed a groomer desperately, so I made them…read morean appointment knowing that they we're matted and probably would need to be shaved BUT from the min we walked in The two girls at the front desk did not even smile or greet up they just asked if I had their shot records Then the lady that does the grooming came out .....I asked her not to shave them all the way to skin and from there she began her rude comments. I did ask her if she could cut their hair then not shave to close to skin OH NO that's cruel and I'm not going to put a dog through thatwell let me tell you something lady we have had a professional doing their grooming for 5 years snd he always knew how to professionally do their cut and dematt them. I wasn't gonna post at first but when I took her back to physically show them I did get an apology with no future resolution or discounts ( not that she will be going back ) she whined to stay for doggy daycare which I obliged but that will be the last interaction with them. She basically said she used the wrong blade and what she was given was a schnauzer cut and basically stated thats what it was supposed to look like ! It was uneven and all. Think they offered a discount on future service or I received a follow up call ? Nope ! And paid 100.00 . Only reason I paid is because they have you pay before you see your baby !I was initially gonna give a little mercy but no ! Learned my lesson!!!!!!
