I will never park anywhere else again. The customer service here is amazing. It's clean, updated, spacious and the staff are very supportive and helpful. It's a quick jog to and from the airport and I've never been late for flights like I've been with the shuttles of the other lots. Once, I even left my laptop on the shuttle bus coming home from a late flight and didn't realize it until I had arrived home. I panicked, called and they told me they had it and were holding it for me at the front office. Once I got there the shuttle driver told me someone else had found it on his shuttle and tried to claim it and take it home as theirs. He stepped up and said, "that's not yours, I know who that belongs to he was just on my shuttle" took it from the passenger and took it to the front office for me. I tipped him a large sum for my appreciation and will always give them my business. read more

I had to actually leave the facility and go to long term parking due to lack of shuttles. We were at the facility in plenty of time. But after waiting 15-20 minutes and then watching the 1 shuttle they had in service ignore us and leave us there, I called in to the office and was told that there was only 1 shuttle in service and it would be there as as soon as possible. After waiting another 10-15 minutes, I checked my app and seeing that the shuttle was still at the terminal, we had no choice to leave and go to long term parking. I sent a complaint and was basically told "too bad". Avoid this place.. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! read more

Extremely easy lot to park in! I made a reservation and paid online so parking early in the morning was not a problem. Pick up for transportation to the terminal was quick and our driver was so friendly! When we returned to Columbus the bus arrived within minutes and we were on our way. Used to go to the one back in St. Louis so was happy to see they had one here in Columbus. It's the only place we park when flying out of CMH and have never had any problems finding a place to park and at the most have only waited a minute or two at the most until the van came to get us to take us to the airport. Really need to check my spot club card because I know I've got a free something in there by now. Oh well........always like the free bottle of cold water when leaving and I either print off a coupon online or use one that comes in those mail flyers. They serve my needs that I can't complain. This 1st experience - lady told me where to park and newspaper in hand. The shuttle was already on my aisle, grabbed my bag, and off we go. It was a bit crowded as many of us were on the 6am bank of flights. On the return, I need a line item break out of my charges for business and personal expenses so I paid 1 with cash and 1 with card. While a bit burdensome, it can be done so I know which of my charges should be earmarked for which. Bottled water in hand. 1 right turn and we are on 670 and headed home. Wait time for shuttle: waiting at both ends so no complaints about the wait or service. As my loyalty grows, we will see how it goes. read more

This is the most convenient airport parking I've ever used. The attendance and drivers are very friendly helpful. The drivers are very patient with children as well as parents getting all those baby essentials loaded. They make the mad dash to the airport so much more pleasant as well as the return home. I absolutely love the valet service, I highly recommend spending the few extra dollars as it makes things so much simpler as you pick up their attend drive to the airport your things or dropped curbside and he takes your car back. Fantastic parking. David is the man. After a week vacation our car would not start. He tried to jump our battery with no luck. Then he helped us contact AAA, but he would not give up! He got a larger vehicle and successfully got our car started. This was all at 11:30 at night when n June 29. He did it with a servant heart and we were so grateful for his willingness to help. Been parking here for years, even before it was The Parking Spot, and the customer service really makes it worth the price. I do wish they'd bring back the "show anything with spots" discount, but you can usually get a coupon code on the web site by running a reservation quote (you don't actually have to buy the fare to get to the coupon code, which you can print out and take to the checkout gate with you.) I've never had to wait for a shuttle bus when I parked--they always follow me to my spot--and I've rarely had to wait more than 5 minutes for the shuttle bus at the airport. I had a particularly great experience with The Parking Spot today: I've been gone for almost a week and it snowed a good 6 to 7 inches while I was gone. My shuttle bus driver, who was a cheerful and polite guy to begin with, insisted on coming out to sweep the snow off my car then scrape off all the ice. This was not a slapdash ice-off: he was very careful not to scratch paint and he picked up my windshield wipers to make sure they were de-iced enough to wipe cleanly. Is it weird to love a parking service? Their rate is better than CMH and I was able to make a reservation and use a coupon for even better price. The service was timely for our early morning departure and arrival. Not to mention, we ended up needing a jumpstart and someone was there within 5 minutes to help. The absolute best service possible! 10/10 on customer service! We arrived early evening 11/15/19 and had the pleasure of having driver Mr. David; he was great! Returning 11/19 after 10:30 PM we had driver Mr. Fred and he was absolutely amazing! I regret that I did not catch the name of the young lady working the exit booth for payment. She was very friendly. She offered us bottled water before we pulled out. I will always park with The Parking Spot. Always great service. The shuttle is usually in the lot and picks you up right away once you park. The drivers help with unloading your luggage and then you are off to the airport (once they have picked up everyone.). I have never waited very long after a flight for a shuttle to arrive. Again the drive helps load you luggage and even will put it in you car!! During the winter months the driver usually helps to quickly clean off you car from the snow read more

I had always heard good things about the parking spot so I really expected our experience to be seamless. I chose the parking spot because I received a coupon in the mail that offered a better rate than the other long term parking options at the CMH airport. I called a week before to make a reservation and ask them about the coupon and they said that I will present it upon checking out. Ok, easy enough. Not so fast. We had no problems checking in or parking our car. The drop off portion of our experience was fine. However the pick up portion of our stay was a much different experience. We had a red eye from LAX to CMH which had us arriving in Columbus at 5:30am. Once we claimed our baggage, we made our way outside to the shuttle pick up area and waited...and waited...and waited for our shuttle. I called customer service after standing outside in the 30 degree weather for 15 minutes and asked if they were running the shuttle, the lady said that the shuttle had left a couple of minutes ago and should be there soon. Ok, that's fine. Well 10 more minutes go by, still no shuttle and still freezing. I call again and she says the shuttle just left and says they didn't see anyone....I then informed her we were in fact standing at the pick up area and continued to watch shuttle after shuttle pick up passengers for the blue and green lots of the in house parking services. I told her we were standing right next to the parking spot pick up sign. She told me someone was on the way. So we waited again, meanwhile, we see two shuttles go to the drop off area which is upstairs!! So we go to the drop off area upstairs hoping someone will pick us up, we get up there, and there is no shuttle. I call customer service again and she says "yeah you should go back downstairs, he is on his way now" seriously!! You said that 30 minutes ago! We go back downstairs and finally someone picks us up. We get to my car and go to checkout. There is no one working the ticket counter since it's so early, so there is just a machine accepting payment, and guess what, the machine of course doesn't take coupons. I couldn't believe it. Do not use this service if you plan on being picked up late at night or early morning. I will pay more to park at the other garages next time instead of coming here again. read more

The service here is great and the pricing is great also. There is always parking available and a van is never too far away. It usually takes me about 10 minutes to park and get to the airport. They are very friendly and always willing to help. I have used them for short periods and long term and have never worried about my car or the safety of the lot. I appreciate that I don't have to hunt for parking they tell me exactly where which row to head down and I love that they mark your spot so that they know exactly where to drop you back off. We had a fantastic experience on our last trip using the parking spot... We arrived at 4am and had a warm van waiting for us. Quick ride to the airport, very friendly driver... Great experience with them. Just used them for the first time and everything went smoothly. They picked us up right at our car right away when we got there. Then we got dropped off at our car too. It was $6.95 for self parking a night but they send out coupons all the time so it was $4 something a night. They also give you a water bottle on your way out which is a nice touch. read more

I would never fly out of CMH without using the Parking Spot. You can make a reservation on-line for either valet (haven't used it) or do-it-yourself parking. Also online are coupons so the average daily cost is $4.95, which is pretty good. What makes it great is the service. You are told when you enter what row to park in. A bus (clean and as comfortable as one of these can be) follows you and picks you up immediately. The driver give you a card with your row and spot on it. The drive to the airport is, oh, two minutes. On returning they pick up every four to five minutes. They take you right to your car and stay to make sure there is no problem. Checkout is quick and simple. And I need to mention the drivers. They are courteous, nice, helpful and careful. All is all, a great place to leave your car. read more

I rarely wait longer than 1 minute for the bus to pick me up at my car, and I have rarely waited longer than 5 minutes for a bus to pick me up at the airport. We have used The Parking Spot twice now. We travel one to two times a month. The first time our battery died and they had a wonderful lady jump us within 3 minutes. I use The Parking Spot because my company has a corporate discount and it's part of our travel policy; but honestly, I would use them regardless. Before the requirement, I was using the Blue Lot at the airport, which may have been closer to the airport; but the service of those at The Parking Spot is much better. Of particular note, I think his name is Fred; but he's a rock star. He has great customer service, an outgoing personality, and is always polite and attentive to customer needs. I've been parking here for over a year now and every time the service is really nice. I get the parking ticket and the lady tells me which aisle to park. Normally, the shuttle is right there waiting for me or is shortly following me after I park. once on the shuttle, we don't pick up more than one or two passengers and then we are off to the airport! On the way back, you don't have to wait for a shuttle for more than 2-3 minutes at the most. They're really good at shuttling back and forth. They typically load up the people there and leave but sometimes wait for another patron if you're the only one. This typically only takes another 2-3 minutes so it's all good. Once you arrive, they unload your stuff for you if you want (it's nice if you tip the drivers!) and put it in your trunk. I think Ron is the guy who is friendliest and most 'customer service' centric. Nice guy. I also have a frequent user card and exit via the credit card line which is self service and really easy to use. It also has bottled water which is really nice. You empty onto Stelzer and the on ramp to the highway is right there so it's very convenient if you're coming back to Columbus. read more

We recently took a trip to Las Vegas from CMH. After reading reviews we decided to use The Parking Spot. Booking online was easy and I also got a AAA discount. We had a very early flight of 5:40 am. When we pulled in to Valet Parking no one was there. We waited for 15 minutes. My husband finally got out and found someone. A very frazzled woman got into the van. She said she was not Valet but would take us. Coming home we called the shuttle, when we got to it, it was full. We waited for another shuttle for 20 more minutes. Same frazzled lady driving the shuttle. Kept apologizing. We paid for Valet so our Van was supposed to be waiting for us ready to go. When we arrived she put us out in the rain to wait for someone to go find our Van. When we checked out our bill was $20 more than our quote. I have been trying to get that fixed since. Terrible customer service all around. Very disappointing. read more
