Just walking in the door, you are immediately relaxed with calming music, water fountains, and a very nice , light scent in the air. The front desk staff is very friendly and greet you as soon as they see you. And the massage therapists are so wonderful! You do have to kind of "shop around" to find one that best fits what you like because they're all a little bit different, but I've never had a bad massage from them. Serenity just goes above and beyond compared to every other place, and I'll never go anywhere else!
