UPDATE - she offered to fix it I took a refund and went somewhere else. She does try to correct problems. Absolutely butchered my hair. I went in wanting a deep dark green, and was sitting there for 7 hours getting this done. At the 7 hour mark we were not done yet, she put my hair up and sent me home with a plastic hair net and a TON of dye in it. I got home washed it and it is horrible. The bleaching wasn't done well and was splotchy. The color is not even and its just BAD. She got dye all over and in my ears, my neck, my face EVERYWHERE. After I washed all of the blue dye out it left it super bright green. I have to go to another salon now to see if they can help me. read more

So we (My Girlfriend and myself) walked in to see if she could get an American flag tattoo on her wrist. Immediately we were greeted by their staff and directed to one of their tattoo artists (Wicked). He was really cool and laid back as he talked with my GF about what she wanted and where she wanted it. He talked to her for a but to finalize the design to ensure that it was everything she wanted. After finalizing the design they moved to the chair and he went over the colors and all of the other essentials prior to starting. The design turned out great and so did the work. Even for it being a simple design it turned out looking amazing. Hygiene was key at this place and the artist went over all of the cleaning requirements and moisturizing essentials for any new tattoo. I highly recommend this place. read more

I've been well overdue for a new tattoo (eight years since the life milestone in question), and I couldn't be happier with the work I got done here with Josh. I walked in, and was greeted by Josh. He was with a customer, but made time for some face to face after a short wait. I knew the basic idea of what I wanted, and had two ideas for location. Josh listened to what I had in mind, and threw in some suggestions to fill in the blanks I had in my plan. He was always certain to be sure I was getting what I wanted, but the collaborative process had us both excited to see this tattoo turned into a finished product. After the first brainstorming, Josh & I kept in contact tossing ideas around until I was able to come into the shop. The first visit was the outline. Josh warned me the side of the hip would be painful, but he never got to the point of trying to talk me out of the idea. (And he was right! Ouch! But I'm still happy with the placement and glad I chose against the front of the hip, which he said would've hurt worse.) I came back a week later for the fill & details, and wow! Most people with my design pick Celtic knotwork as a fill, but I'm super pumped we went with the runed stones instead! Not only it is bad-ass, it resulted in a unique tattoo design!) I'm going back tomorrow for my touch-up, now that it's healed up, and can't wait to show off my latest art purchase! read more

Honestly would not reccomend this place, especially for a tattoo. A tattoo is something worth meaning and stays on your body for life and well the way these people seem here you'd probably walk out of this place regretting life just saying. Also the hair dresser she really seems as though she needs a reality check. This place just does not feel like it has good vibes it feels very ran down and dead here not the type of mood you want to walk into just a place you wanna steer clear of. Creepy, dark and dingy building that smelt of chlorine bleach. I guess that's what they use to sterilize needles, for what I didn't want to ask. Anyway it seemed like the guy behind the counter was completely ripped, he had this grin that lit his whole face up like a christmas tree. I was there for my hair though and the hairdresser was in the bathroom when I arrived. She came out and didn't smell too nice when she greeted me. Maybe it was just an off day. The offness continued throughout the afternoon as she tinted and cut my hair. It was ok, not something to write home about. typical cut I've been seeing for the last ten years. Rachel bleached my hair to white and toned. Left very happy. The next day i started to think it was to bright...called Rachel to make appt to add more toner. Her reaction was " Well i dont understand why when you left here so happy"...I was in shock to her reaction. I made it clear that it was on me..she did her job well. Ill pay..no problem. Made appt for next day. Called her the next morning to confirm appt....left message. Called again left message..please call to confirm my appt. Rachel is a top-of-the-line colorist. I worked in one of the most famous salons in the LA area for a number of years, so I know a colorist from an excellent colorist. Rachel is the latter. I went there on my birthday (which was a Wednesday) hoping to get a tattoo done. I'd heard the artists there were pretty cool, and I had a very specific idea in mind. I got there about 12:30pm and was greeted by the girl who does hair. She said the artist wouldn't be in till later that evening, which didn't work out for me because I had planned to be back home in Tucson by then, and tattoos take time. All I can say is that I was very disappointed. I mean, what kind of business can't even provide a service when needed? I was a paying customer, and they lost out on my business.
