We came in on a Saturday night when live music was playing and ended up having to wait a long time because it was so crowded. We ate there once a couple years ago driving through after buying a snowmobile in Grand Lake.. The food was really good. We eat all over rthe state, live in Avon and eat in Frisco a lot. We can't find a good restaurant here, everything is salted down so bad you can't eat it.. The Parshall Inn was just great food with delicious flavors, not a salt fest.. What another great stop, a hidden gem, literally. The town only has 38 people, and the ones we met here were great. The owner was helping to cook, but came out to talk to us, the bartender was so sweet and personable. The Ruben had the most amazing and flavorful brisket on it, the fries were great! The PI burger was tasty and actually had flavor not just some burger on a bun. The onion rings were very good. What a fun place to stop, without a doubt I would go back! read more

We had a great time here. The bartender who took care of us was super nice. The spicy margarita he made was very tasty, and the fried foods (zucchini, jalapeño poppers, wings and fries) were perfect. If you're in Parshall CO PI is a MUST! Cool mountain bar with shuffleboard,pool, and the owner is great guy to hang out and chat with. You HAVE to try their green chili but the rocky mountain oysters are also a must try! We have a place in Kremmling and get over to PI every chance we can! read more

What's not to love? A great dive bar in the middle of no where. Friendly service, cold beers, strong mixed drinks and lots of fresh homemade food on the menu. We go for the burgers and the rueben. There's also pool, shuffleboard and live music (in the summer). A great place to stop after fishing, hiking, soaking... or whatever you might be doing out in these parts. read more

They were recommended by the owner at the place we were staying and we really enjoyed it! We sat on the dog friendly patio taking in the beautiful mountain air and views. And, there are lawn games out there too. My boyfriend got the BLT and he really liked it. I just got the house salad and it was a good size and very hearty -- quite a few veggies and croutons. It was perfect for me. :-) The service was really good too. It was pretty busy but they were very courteous and did their best to serve food/drinks as quickly as possible. This is a hole in the wall kind of a bar. They do have a full stack bar with very many top shelf liquor. The food is greasy diner like. Burgers, hot dogs & more with a few options to make them all super unhealthy. Nice back yard/patio area with horse shoes setup. I will eat/drink here again. read more

This place boasts the only shuffleboard table for tens of miles and fantastic had made french fries. The rest of the food was standard bar food (If i had to guess Nobel Sysco is the food supplier based on the square cheese sticks) except for the marinara, it was more like a salsa than any marinara I have ever seen. Weird but good. In the back room there is a pool table, some Golden Tee and some big buck hunter. If you are staying in the middle of nowhere US 40 this is a solid place to eat. read more

We stopped on a recommendation of a long time local and we rewarded with a great pork tenderloin sandwich which overflowed the bun. Fried nice and crisp. This sandwich reminded us of our Midwest backgrounds. The beer was cold. Bill, the owner, pulled up a chair and joined us once our friend surprised us by coming in. Soon the joint was hopping with local ranch hands, construction workers and cooks from breakfast restaurants. Warm and friendly is always a good atmosphere. PI deserves a bookmark! read more

Over the decades The Parshall Inn has had several Owners. The current couple have the right attitude for a comfortable laid back eatery & bar for family to come for lunch or dinner.
