After they moved to Valhalla, I stopped coming to this gym. Very small rooms, no mirrors, too many…read morepeople for the size of rooms. In addition they use collection agency to manage billing. I paid for 2 years membership in advance and didn't realize that my membership ended until they slammed me with renewal fees, credit card fees, return fees and some other fees which exceeded my membership monthly charge by 300% percent. They tried to bill my credit card for renewal without sending any invoice or reminder that my membership is about to end. When my credit card declined the payment, because during those 2 years it expired, instead of notifying me and asking for a new card, they just added all those fees and passed to collection agency. I have perfect credit score, I don't need to stain it because they don't want to deal with normal billing issues. What kind of business treats their clients that way? Obviously I cancelled my membership right after that. There are plenty of other gyms that don't treat their clients like mafia extorting money.
