Within less than 3 months, my trainer missed two sessions without notice ("no-shows"), and the quality of the training has been inconsistent and unprofessional. When I asked to cancel because I wasn't getting the proper service I paid for, they told me it was "absolutely impossible" to cancel -- no matter what the situation was. That is completely unfair and unprofessional. Customers should not be forced to continue paying for a service that is not being delivered properly. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this location to anyone.

I like this gym far better than the Yonkers' Planet Fitness gym. This gym has a brighter ambience, cleaner bathroom, cleaner everything. Mind you, I go in around 6:00 am~ so I rarely have to wait for anything. I went during the evening once and I had to wait to use squat racks. But then again, it's probably just because many people sign up on New Years only to realize that they're too lazy to go to the gym a month later. But still, early morning is better. This gym is very good if you want to build muscle using barbells and other free weights (and avoid too much use of machines). I docked a point because there is only a single rowing machine.

Besides the employees general housekeeping, the crowd seems to respect the space which speaks in volumes. They have classes available for those in between days.
