It has now been over 9 months, and I still have not received my passport. Throughout this entire process, I've only been given the runaround. I was repeatedly told that delays were due to a hurricane affecting the office in Jamaica. However, the hurricane never impacted Kingston, so that explanation is both misleading and unacceptable. On January 14th, I was told that my passport had been issued and that I should be receiving FedEx tracking information. It has now been 3 months since then, and I still have not received any tracking details or my passport. On April 8, 2026, I spoke with a representative who assured me she would contact the office in Jamaica and follow up with me on April 9. That follow-up never happened. Since then, I have made several attempts to call, but no one has answered or provided any additional information. At no point during this entire process has any solution been provided by anyone, despite the ongoing delays and lack of communication. At this point, I am requesting immediate escalation of this matter, along with clear answers regarding the status of my passport. If my passport cannot be located or delivered promptly, I expect a full explanation and appropriate resolution, including reimbursement for the service due to the excessive delay and lack of service. This level of poor communication, lack of accountability, and misinformation is extremely frustrating especially for something as important as a passport. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

Their "Join the Waitlist" program is brilliant. At 10am sharp you can click through a few simple steps and it lets you know you've been added and an approximate appointment time, including wait time. I joined promptly at 10am and was "scheduled" for 10:05. That did change to 10:23. I received my text that I was up and which window to go to. They also can take your passport photo there for a small fee, $15, and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Great appreciation to Debra who helped me on the phone the day before I visited. She answered all my questions and made sure I brought everything needed including old passport and photo id. The passport fee must be paid by check or money order while photo and processing fees can be paid with VISA or Master Card. Many thanks to the wonderful people who work here. Highly recommend this location.

I made an appointment a month in advance for a child's passport. I arrived today, and there was someone at the front to check off my name and make sure the forms were filled out appropriately. Once i spoke to him, he instructed that I'd get a text when they were ready. Sure enough, i got a text within my appointment time frame. We were in and out within 30 min total. There really shouldn't be any negative reviews if you take the time to follow instructions ahead of time. Everyone is really friendly inside as well. They are well organized and efficient.
