POSTED PARKING RATES FOR NON- PREPAID *Note: License Plate Recognition records your entry and exit- to which I only had 1 of each.

Brightline, you have some explaining to do..... Now GRANTED, because this was my FIRST EVER Brightline experience, I had to ask questions on the spot to get insights on how this works as I'm doing it. So, I entered the parking lot roughly 5:15-5:20pm for my 5:37pm train departure. So I wasn't sitting parked for hours before my trip. My parking completion email states I vacated the lot before 10:20pm. I snapped a pic of the sign in the parking lot with the rates.... However, my charge was DOUBLE the parking rate for a 5 hour stay. Either the POSTING is wrong, or the charge is WRONG. Either way, I am NOT happy and it actually ruined my recollection of that travel experience. Please look at the images and compare times to prices- would YOU be uptight if it were you???

Love the Brightline Aventura Station! Great location for the Mall, Gulfstream Park, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles ! I travel often from West Palm Beach to Aventura to go to my favorite happy place-The Aventura Mall!! The management and staff are welcoming, friendly, informative and helpful! Always spotless! Can't wait until they complete the elevated walkway directly from the Station to the Mall. I wish they would bring back the original offer of the shuttle to the Mall. I don't understand why they stopped before the walkway was completed.

    Take your smooth ride

This rail is AMAZING! Love that you embark/disembark by the particular car you are in. This whole thing is privately funded and there is security everywhere. Blink your eyes in Miami and the next stop is Fort Walton beach.

Small but easy and convenient train station Minutes from hotels and highways. The process here will only take you about five minutes to enter. This is cashless and it was clean and quiet on a Thursday. I had no issues here. The premium lounge was very small. Upon boarding the train, there are many bright line representatives to help you along and make sure you're getting on the right train. There also is a smart fair menu on board with snacks and small sandwiches for purchase. my experience at this location was very good.

It was my birthday and I wanted to go on a little adventure!! I decided to take the Brightline from aventura to west palm beach. We purchased our tickets a few days in advance at $39 each for round trip. We arrived 20 minutes early and everything went smooth sailing! We arrived to WPB in an hour as scheduled. The station is super clean and the ride was smooth and fast both ways. There's enough leg room and it's extremely spacious. The ONLY issue I have is not being having the option to select a seat when purchasing a ticket. Unfortunately the system does it for you. That actually sucks especially if you go with a group and each person purchases their own tickets and can't sit together... Please change that!!!!! Next trip will be to Orlando!!

5 star train service, 3 star ambience, 1 star logistics: Fantastic Brightline trains get 5 stars and no complaints, but the specifics of an only partly complete Aventura station with poor directional signs and a real "train wreck" (pun intended) of logistics to get to Aventura Mall bring the average waaaaay down. 5 star train: Brightline trains are always immaculate, on time and staffed by very friendly people. The stations are usually clean and well-managed. 3 star ambience: The Aventura station itself has a different design and a much more low budget feel than the Miami, Ft Lauderdale and West Palm stations. The waiting room is squat and windowless and there are strange contortions to get to the actual train tracks. The station also is only partly finished and was very late getting an occupancy certificate. 1 star logistics: With the "train wreck" of logistics (which had still not been addressed by the third day of station operation when we traveled), Brightline risks extremely bad publicity and I'm guessing a tsunami of customer complaints and refund demands. The basic problem is there is no way to get from the station to the prime destination for most travelers to this station: the Aventura Mall, literally 50-100 feet on the other side of the tracks. Part of this is the station actually being in Ojus (a neighborhood in unincorporated Dade County) not Aventura itself. You can literally see the very close-by giant upscale mall from the train tracks, but there are no options to get there by walking. Instead of an overhead walkway to get there from the train station, you must wait for a shuttle van (ONE 8-10 person van for a train that can hold hundreds of passengers). Further, this mall is swamped with traffic, so the van takes approximately 30 minutes to take surface roads to the mall. If you do the math that means you can wait an hour or more to get transported about 100 feet (or walk across railroad tracks and two busy roads with no crosswalks). The same problem occurs in reverse to return to the station from the mall itself. On the return train trip we gave up waiting on the van and booked a Lyft home...roughly 20 people were missing the scheduled train trapped at the mall due to extreme poor service planning. This extreme bottleneck problem should only happen ONCE the first train of the opening day before you realize you need at least THREE vans...

Went on a Sunday adventure at 10AM. The location was easy to access and only a fraction of the size of their Miami Station. Such ease with parking! The station was bright & very clean! Well kept. Staff was also very helpful, but some customer service skills in need of polishing. Nothing major, just a hello upon entry & a little guidance at the turnstiles with the scanning of the app. Really enjoyed the seamless experience & looking forward to coming back. Honestly, to consider a place to be outstanding when operations are so fresh is like playing the lotto & hoping to hit the jackpot. It takes time for these businesses to get going - reconsider if you had a bad experience on Day 1 or Week 1 of inception!

We finally opted to get a ride share and for about $5 we got to the market. Based on previous reviews, these two were connected at one point, not anymore.
