He did not honor our contract and is refusing to not only finish the contracted project, but to refund half our deposit that was to go towards it. We paid a deposit that was to be split between the 2 main jobs. He completed the first main job with poor workmanship, but did not return for the second main job. Finally he responded, calling us a difficult customer and that he refuses to do the work to fulfill the contract.
