So now I get to hear a fun high pitched sound whenever I back up until it's fixed. I also noticed they had turned my basement breakers off and never turned them back on. My reptile room and incubator are in the basement as well. They're on timers so I didn't notice until I went to do cleaning and feedings. Thankfully they were ok. Accidents happen but they took zero responsibility when my husband called on Monday and basically called us liars. The cost to fix my sensor is more than what we were charged for the service, so I'd say they're not worth it. The person that hit it knows they hit it and chose to not say anything at the time and then chose to straight up lie about it. Find a more honest company when choosing a place that has to come inside your home. One that accepts their employees don't walk on water and accidents happen. Instead of blaming your customers.

We booked it and from beginning to end, it was smooth sailing with them. They consistently told me what was going on, where there technicians were and how much longer the work would be, each day. We had several different crews at different stages in the process and each and every one was great! They showed up on time, text to let us know they were coming, set up protective plastic sheets in the house, wore boot covers while in the house and worked hard each day. The cap hasn't been installed & company is still waiting for delivery. 7 Months into this project when the cap dimensions were taken & I have to arrange for a 2nd install date. Company Warranty Policy: 1 of 5. In order for the company to honor any warranty re-work, the customer has to buy into annual inspections.
